We were looking to try a different cuisine on our visit, and Hanoi was a really good meal. Very small wine list, but all the wines were nice. Food was delicious, service friendly, and would definitely visit next time in Paris.

The sole waiter was kind and attentive. The food here is always excellent. You must try the chicken nems. They are to die for!

We went to the restaurant a few months ago and were very happy with the quality of the food. We came back today and the food was very disappointing. The Nems were clearly not fresh and the Bo Bun had little taste. Too bad.

The food and service were amazing here. It was a bit quiet which made it somewhat difficult to talk as it is also a somewhat smaller space. Otherwise the experience was very enjoyable and I will definitely be returning.

We loved this place so much on our first visit that we returned. Our server/owner(?) recognized us and gave us excellent and friendly service. The food was quite delicious and filling, and lighter than much of the meals we’ve been having. We dined downstairs, where it was quiet and very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

The photos do not reflect the vibe of the place. Which is cold with its neon like lights and horrible background music. The food was disappointing as well. It’s was tasteless and not like Vietnamese food I love so much. And even with discount the price was too high for what you get. Will not return and not recommend. Makes me doubt if I should trust “la fork” in future.

Food is good but the tables are very small and when enter with coats and bags there is no place to put them even no hanger for coats .so you seat very tight

When arriving, the person in charge did not understand that we had a reservation and wasn't very friendly, though I showed her my confirmation email. Odd interaction, but in here defense, she was the only server and handled the room well.

Enjoyable dinner

Excellent service. The style of Vietnamese cuisine was very northern region. Chicken spring rolls were excellent, papaya salad was also yummy. The pho was good - it came with a Chili peanut satay and red chilies so just be careful with the heat. The rainbow drink for dessert has good bites of real fruit with green jelly. Worth the walk.

Overall not bad. I enjoyed the beef pho and thr chicken spring rolls. Waitor was attentive. Just that the pork dish was a little saltish. The stir fry vege is ok but a little expensive

Service and food are both consistently excellent. We usually visit Hanoï at least twice during our twice a year, two week trips.

Food was good in general, but the ban cuon and the crepes were less flavorful than I remembered. There was only one woman serving, so she was pretty slow and non communicative. When we arrived, she acknowledged us, but did not tell us where to sit. She was in fact setting a table for 2 (we were 3), so she could move a couple who were sitting at a table for 4. In her mind she had a plan to move them, and let us sit at the bigger table, but she didn't tell us that until we asked. She then took forever to take our order. Once ordered, however, the food was served quickly. The best thing here is the "grillades" - the grilled pork backbone, which you wrap up in rice paper crepes with vermicelli noodles, and various veggies on your own at the table. The Pho was OK, not as good as at other places.

Unfriendly service and vegetarian dishes are not recommendable. In general, far to pricey for what it is. Have eaten better for half the price!

Great restaurant, small but there is space between the tables so it did not feel cramped. The food was amazing, especially love the large selection of vegan options. We had a fantastic evening here and will definitely be back next time we visit Paris.
