Not pet friendly. Referring to open kitchen and Dutch law. We had no problems in the restaurant just next door.

There was a server who really had a sweatty smell around him. When he passed by it wasnt that pleasent when you eat. Also the food and cocktails where really mediocre, not what Im used to when Im eating at hard rock cafe. Our first server wasnt that interested in us nor his job so it really didn't called for us to complain about our drinks or food. Luckily at half past 5 the shifts where changed and a lovely young ladies came to serve us and recommended the coup as dessert. The dessert was really lovely. Would I come again if I'm in Amsterdam for an concert? No I probably will go 2 minutes further to wagamama.

Good service and very friendly staff but as attractive as the other Hard Rock Cafes around the world. The food was average. And after dinner we were all smelling oil. I think there is a big problem with the ventilation system. Tables at the ground floor near the water seem very nice!

The place is wonderfully located, the service is very friendly and efficient. The place was full, and even so, we were very well taken care.

A bit small and without interest in terms of musical heritage compared to the flagships in other key European cities (London, Paris, etc). Expensive for what it was but the food is not bad.

The food was much less than expected but the only good thing was that our table was near the canal and the view was amazing.
