Very enjoyable visit, staff lovely, food excellent, very good experience. Would recommend.

The location is good but not a traditional Hard Rock Cafe. The menu is limited which was disappointing.

We were a bit disappointed as compared to all the other Hard Rock Cafes we had been to, the choice of food was very disappointing. Apart from burgers the choice was very minimal. The other venues we've been to they had pasta's etc etc also, but none at the Venice one. Saying that, the food was good but for this reason we probably won't return when we are back in Venice.

I have an allergy and I felt that the staff took it very seriously.

Service is a bit off key, I think the Italians think that as it is a place that all tourists come it gives them the right to be arrogant! Food for price, forget about it! Three burgers a side salad three drinks and a nachos 114 euros. Really????? We from Australia that’s like 0ver $200 for rubbish dry burgers. Not even hard rock in Australia rips you off that much!!!!! Whilst in Italy eat local, don’t get ripped off by the hard rock eat hard rock in your own country

It became such a touristic place, while, in the past, it was more similar to a genuine Hard Rock Café

it was soo horrible loud even when the DJ stopped afterwards still no chance to understand each other or the waiter. Far too much tables no space left we were 6 and the table was for 4 to be honest. The service was excellent but the food is no longer good at hard rock venice. Only burger and some ribs no more food range. I‘ve been here 6 years ago and it was great now it was not recomendable. But staff was nice.

Wonderful server Fabio! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Really nice view of the gondolas. Food was yummy, hot and fresh. We had a great time!

The cafe, was fantastic as usual but the staff were amazing. A particular shout out to Fabio and Roberta. The food was delicious, the cocktails flowed nicely and we left via a visit to the Rock Shop!

We have visited lots of Hard Rock restaurants around the world & we were very much looking forward to seeing what the Venice location would offer. Unfortunately the outside was the best part of the experience 😕! Once inside it lacked character, memorabilia & ambience. We could have been anywhere. We felt we spent a lot on food & drink, without the added Hard Rock experience 😪 Our advice would be to just look from the outside, which has gondolas parked out front. Sorry Hard Rock, but this branch needs updating & keeping on brand with a Venice theme xx

Great location, very nice friendly staff, the food was very tasty. The highlight was a music request that was played at the same time as the food was served.

My kids play in bands at School of Rock, and I have a gluten allergy, so we visit Hard Rock Cafes when we travel. This one seemed smaller than Vienna and Munich, with less memorabilia. They didn't have a GF menu or GF items marked on the main menu, but I still felt that my GF meal was safe, because they addressed cross-contamination, saying they had a dedicated fryer for french fries, so they'd be OK, but not other fried foods in the shared frier. Unfortunately, the steak on my salad was tough, and my brownie was hard (but covered in plenty of ice cream!) It was convenient to eat there after visiting San Marco. Mid-afternoon on a Monday in June, reservations were not needed. We sat upstairs, away from any memorabilia, but with a partial view gondolas in the (not Grand) canal.

Everything about our visit to the Hard Rock Cafe was great. The food was amazing - please change the cobb salad back to chicken though - it doesn’t work with steak!

Lower key and smaller than all of the other Hard Rock Cafe venues we have eaten at across Europe.
