8/10My kids play in bands at School of Rock, and I have a gluten allergy, so we visit Hard Rock Cafes when we travel. This one seemed smaller than Vienna and Munich, with less memorabilia. They didn't have a GF menu or GF items marked on the main menu, but I still felt that my GF meal was safe, because they addressed cross-contamination, saying they had a dedicated fryer for french fries, so they'd be OK, but not other fried foods in the shared frier. Unfortunately, the steak on my salad was tough, and my brownie was hard (but covered in plenty of ice cream!) It was convenient to eat there after visiting San Marco. Mid-afternoon on a Monday in June, reservations were not needed. We sat upstairs, away from any memorabilia, but with a partial view gondolas in the (not Grand) canal.

10/10Everything about our visit to the Hard Rock Cafe was great. The food was amazing - please change the cobb salad back to chicken though - it doesn’t work with steak!

10/10The restaurant is in a great place with a view of the canal and gondaliers, which tie up outside. The staff were great, giving us time to choose what we wanted and offering help with our choices. The food was delicious! I had the Halloween burger and it was superb. Would highly recommend!

10/10It was nice to get some good hamburgers and fries after two weeks of pasta/ pizza. The food was great and and service was excellent. Grandson got a special take away mug and a t-shirt.

10/10Easy to find from St Marks square. Great outlook on to gondola point. Polite quick service. Food was standard Hard Rock stuff, but tasty and well presented.

9.5/10We were here many times as it is the nearest Hard Rock Cafe for us. The food is as ususal on the Hard Rock Cafe level, service is attentive and professional, environment is special. If you like Hard Rock Cafe it is a place to visit.

8.5/10We were a group of 5 adults visiting while on holiday in Venice. The food was good but expensive, although it is The Hard Rock Cafe so no surprise. The service was absolutely fabulous, our waiter Julio was great fun and really went out of his way to make our experience as good as possible! I work in a restaurant myself and would love my staff to be this enthusiastic and helpful, Julio you’re an absolute star, keep doing what you’re doing!

10/10Great location in Venice with lovely views. Place itself very inviting with lots of memorabilia and music playing. Table was upstairs with another great view. Ordered drinks cocktails which were very tasty. Food was delicious and plentiful, couldn’t finish as portions were big. Really a lovely place to go. The staff our server were fun and happy and enjoyed their job. A must to go to in Venice.

5/10We are on the last day of a long trip going back to the United States and we were eager to have a taste of home. We were SO disappointed unfortunately. There are little asterisks in the menu stating some things that say fresh may be frozen - number one that’s a little deceiving. The nachos were good, the burger and pulled pork were so bad, like spit out bad. Maybe it’s our faults for expecting a true American meal and that’s just what they can make with what they have but for a hard rock i was surprised. The service was good. Had to return my margarita that was awful also, you can tell it’s a mix no individual ingredients just tequila and basic sour mix. Really disappointing. Not sure why the reviews are so good genuinely confusing.

7/10We reserved weeks ago, but at the time we sowed up, the table wasn't ready. We entered ca. 10 minutes late. The seating was more than worth the wait. VERY GOOD! I've ordered a meal that I know very well (I've had the same in the same restaurant 2 times) but … a steak is a steak. whatever you offer. Its still natural (in this case) meat from a living cow that had to die for this event. I love eating meat, but (in this case) I'm sorry for the cow. The meat was cut way too thin. The desired cooking point could therefore not be reached. Therefore, when the dish was served, the meat was almost cold. Pity!

4.5/10Seated late ( had a reservation) food was ok but nothing special. No acknowledgment to guest who’s birthday it was. ( requested and stated on the booking) Seemed very hectic . Kids food was good. Main menu not so great. Pulled pork was more like well done steak. Left before dessert would avoid plenty other places to enjoy in Venice. We wanted to give the kids a change from pizza and pasta hence booking in here.
