We have visited lots of Hard Rock restaurants around the world & we were very much looking forward to seeing what the Venice location would offer. Unfortunately the outside was the best part of the experience 😕! Once inside it lacked character, memorabilia & ambience. We could have been anywhere. We felt we spent a lot on food & drink, without the added Hard Rock experience 😪 Our advice would be to just look from the outside, which has gondolas parked out front. Sorry Hard Rock, but this branch needs updating & keeping on brand with a Venice theme xx

8/10My kids play in bands at School of Rock, and I have a gluten allergy, so we visit Hard Rock Cafes when we travel. This one seemed smaller than Vienna and Munich, with less memorabilia. They didn't have a GF menu or GF items marked on the main menu, but I still felt that my GF meal was safe, because they addressed cross-contamination, saying they had a dedicated fryer for french fries, so they'd be OK, but not other fried foods in the shared frier. Unfortunately, the steak on my salad was tough, and my brownie was hard (but covered in plenty of ice cream!) It was convenient to eat there after visiting San Marco. Mid-afternoon on a Monday in June, reservations were not needed. We sat upstairs, away from any memorabilia, but with a partial view gondolas in the (not Grand) canal.

10/10The restaurant is in a great place with a view of the canal and gondaliers, which tie up outside. The staff were great, giving us time to choose what we wanted and offering help with our choices. The food was delicious! I had the Halloween burger and it was superb. Would highly recommend!

10/10It was nice to get some good hamburgers and fries after two weeks of pasta/ pizza. The food was great and and service was excellent. Grandson got a special take away mug and a t-shirt.

10/10Easy to find from St Marks square. Great outlook on to gondola point. Polite quick service. Food was standard Hard Rock stuff, but tasty and well presented.

9.5/10We were here many times as it is the nearest Hard Rock Cafe for us. The food is as ususal on the Hard Rock Cafe level, service is attentive and professional, environment is special. If you like Hard Rock Cafe it is a place to visit.
