I had a good time with my lunch menu. I chose entrée + plat €25, which is a super great value for the gastronomic cuisine. The entree is as choucroute in a renovation way, it’s fun to use red cabbage and it gives a sweet flavor out of sour cabbage and spicy mustard. The plate I ordered baked code fish. It was served with pink sauce with grenade, chopped vegetable mixed with some tiny bacon. The fish is super tender and fresh. The tiny bacon hidden in the side dish gives it a surprise flavor. The environment is quiet and bright. The staff is quite friendly. They change every day’s menu with fresh material. Definitely gonna come back often to try different dishes.
