The fried Tofu didn't have any seasoning, the sweet chilly sauce wasn't spicy and only tasted like sugar, the ramen stock didn't have enough flavor and ramen noodles had clumps meaning they weren't cooked properly. Additionally, they had a robot to serve the food but they didn't use it. They use a tablet system to order, but overall very slow and although we asked for the everything at once, it came, this being 3 starters, at various times, with a lot of time in between.
