Web site said they opened at 6:00. Made reservations for 6:00. Then told kitchen didn’t really open til 7:00 after we arrived. Absolutely no excuse!

Dear customer, we are deeply sorry for your disappointing experience. Thanks to your feedback, we discovered a misunderstanding that wasn’t actually our fault. Our venue opens for aperitifs at 6:00 PM, and dinner service starts at 7:00 PM. It seems that the information on The Fork may not be clear enough, which could easily cause confusion — and that’s exactly what happened. To make sure you didn’t feel like you were waiting, we offered you an aperitif before the kitchen opened, but unfortunately, that may not have been enough. We’re truly sorry to receive such a low rating, especially since you didn’t have the chance to experience the quality of our food and service. We’ll take your feedback to heart and make sure to update our opening hours on The Fork to prevent future misunderstandings.

The staff were not attentive, but the food was good and excellent value for money. There was also a language issue with staff being not very fluent in English, which hampered communication.

It’s a very nice restaurant to go for dinner in that area where most of them are for lunch! The food was ok, we liked it but the service was very slow and it was not the best one. The employees looked a bit grumpy which was a bit disappointing considering that we spent around €300. There is still room for improvement.

Really nice place and the antipasti were especially good. The service was very professional and atmosphere lovely. I would go back next time and try the pizza.
