We had a lovely birthday time for my daughter 18th anniversary. The staff was lovely and prepared candles and sweets. The view is wonderful The food is very good, tasty and nicely served The team is really nice , the service is just a bit too long but the atmosphere is so warm that you forget the waiting time. I really recommend this place

Here's the thing. Ambiance on the roof 5 stars. Food up and down. Veal chop, risotto fantastic. Fish course rough at best. Caponata while only a side course,exceptional. Overall 3 stars. Now the trouble, service, everyone very nice. Wait time when you ask for the check should not be 45 minutes especially when you ask 3 times. Almost left with the impression the move was calculated to have you order more and run the bill up.

Excellent location, nice terrace, and great food. The musical entertainment (a lady with a violin) also greatly added to an already wonderful evening. I will certainly come back.

Food was terrible. We had over 3 waiters and still did not get good service

We really recommend this fancy restaurant on the rooftop with the view to the antique Rome. The gamberoni carpaccio and abricot dessert was something very interesting ant tasty. But especially the crispy octopus with burata, lime and sweet and sour was really very very amazing that we were eating and having the ecstasy. Thanks for the chef, thanks for the team (Gabriel and Victor) and the biggest thank for Enrico for taking care of us with the very professional, passionate and warm service that really made us feel nice, that we had the bests emotion. We spent amazing time at your wonderful place!

From start to finish it was fantastic!! Service was second to none. One of the best if not the best meal I have ever had besides home cooking.

Food I was quite disappointed for the price. Sizes were small and not a lot of flavour. The wine and service was good but we found the room really cold.

What a wonderfull night! Good food, perfect quantity, flavours were perfect and in perfect balance with the recommended wine. Our waiter Giovanni did a perfect job to make us feel at home but at the same time valued customers. I would highly recommend passing a lovely evening at Hi-res. Thank you !

Ambiance was excellent! Rooftop overlooking pretty Rome setting. Service was excellent. Food was good. Not cheap, but worth it.

Great experience in a lovely environment. The ostrich were amazing and the Dj Tatiana in the terrace was super kind and welcoming. 10/10

The meal was superb. We loved the ambiance. Moody (not correct spelling) was our server and he was fantastic. Attentive and great suggestions. The perfect place to spend our anniversary dinner. Will be back!

Came here for a birthday. The ambience of the rooftop is incredible. Food is delicious, and our server helped us with recommendations and free drinks. Got a birthday candle as well which was well coordinated by staff. Will be coming back here as one of my favorite places in Europe. Thank you Hi-Res!

We were really satisfied with everything here. They even didn't forget proactively giving the discount we got because of "thefork" reservation.

I went more than once to Hi-Res and service has always been impeccable but this time. We had to wait 60 mins to eat our main dish for no apparent reason.

I took my partner here after proposing to her as a suprise and what a treat. Wonderful restaurant, the outside and surrounding area is set lovely and looks classy. The dinning area was picturesque with fantastic views pretty much all around. The staff are excellent very attentive and their knowledge of the food and wine was brilliant. The added touches like the chefs welcome dish and complimentary bread and olive oil was beautiful and unexpected. The duck and the beef was succulent and portion sizes good for A la carte, in comparison to other Michelin star restaurants in the area providing a similar experience the prices are fantastic, especially as we had a 20% discount booking through the fork our bill was relatively low. All in all this is a must visit restaurant when visiting Rome if you intend on a special evening out with a loved one. Thank you to all the staff at Hi-Res for the most memorable evening we've ever had.

Engagement anniversary romantic lunch. Booked at 13:30...there was only another table with a couple of tourists that left shortly after we arrived. Very nice terrace but deserted at lunch time, probably night and weekends have a more animated atmosphere. Food was good but not special, Waiters distracted for a restaurant of this level. The one that recommended the wine was not very knowledgeable of what she was serving. All in all, a very nice location but not a high class restaurant.

Friendly staff and great service. Wonderful views. The food was not up to standard with a bland ravioli and chewy duck, which was under. Disappointing seeing it's a restaurant in the higher pricerange.

Everything about Hi-Res was excellent! The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful with suggestions. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the chef's tasting menu and every course was wonderful. There were many surprisingly great flavour and texture combinations which worked together perfectly. We booked an earlier dinner because we wanted to see the sunset and we were not disappointed. The view from this rooftop restaurant was gorgeous! Reservations are definitely recommended as this restaurant fills up quickly!
