    The waiters were great to mitigate a huge disappointment. We waited 1 hour for the food when the place was empty. The food came back cold! Seriously how can you serve a pizza cold after one hour of waiting? The waiters were very empathetic and gave feedback to the chef inside. It’s either the manager or the chef that should be fired from this lace. They told us that many guests left the place today for waiting more than an hour with no food. Others got 100%!discount for getting cold food, etc etc. The food was either cold or under cooked. The presentation is good but the flavors are 1 star. We got fried cheese balls that were frozen (again after more than one hour of waiting). The cauliflower was under cooked and crunchy. The pizzas cheese was dry and rubbery (due to it being cold). A huge disappointment but great waiters that will likely quit soon.

    Really good food and drinks. Atmosphere was quite ok, not the cozy type, but good vibes. Really good dinner. However, two things I was disappointed at, firstly, we didn't get the correct discount on food. We were on a date and kind of ruins the moment to ask about discount when you are paying. Hope personal can be more careful next time. It's not much money at all, but tbh, if it wasn't for thefork's discount, we may have not been there. Secondly, the restaurant has a complicated and forceful payment machine that makes you leave tips and you'd feel embarrassed to not leave a decent amount. I don't think this is right. I mean, we live in Sweden, have good wages, why must we leave tips? In other professions, people don't get tipped at work. This is simply annoying. Serving personnel's work is to assist people to meet their needs at the restaurant. Doctors do not get tips by curing a patient. Anyhow I always do leave a decent amount of tips, but people shouldn't feel forced.
