9.5/10What an absolute Gem! We just could not fault the food and service (we were 9 guests) Super friendly staff that speaks fluent english and the menus had english description at every meal option. It is situated away and off the main tourist track which makes me realise it is a restaurant that caters for the locals and the pricing truly reflects this. I will highly recommend HIMALAYA when visiting Milan!

10/10It was a wonderful experience revisiting Indian cuisine after several years. The meal was pleasantly mild with a flawless blend of spices and herbs, complemented by attentive service during a delightful dinner.

10/10Proper authentic Indian food prepared and served to a high standard. Very healthy version of a North Indian cuisine and exceptionally good for Vegetarian and Gluten free diets......and plenty of meat for the carnivores too ....

8.5/10We tried the himalayan excellence menu for two, very good food, friendly staff. Tables are a little close to each other but noise was not an issue. Clean bathroom too! Will go back again.

10/10The quality and authenticity of the food is incredible. If you are looking for proper Indian food in Milan, this is the place to be....great value too....and a reasonable selection of well priced quality wine.

5.5/10+4To start with, the menu is so complicated while no possible proper explanation, one floor staff for all the tables and some traditional food item like Shrimp Tandoori was disastrous in fact! They need to focus and master limited items first and then put more and more. Good luck,

8.5/10Warm welcoming and very kind staff. The food quality was good and authentic. The waiting time was normal, considering that the restaurant was full on a Saturday night and that means only that your plates are made with care. The welcome poppadums were delicious and reminded me of a trip I did in India. The naans and Roti were good although I may go for Butter Naans the next time, which are more decadent. The welcome Himalaya Appetizers were well assorted and tasteful, whilst the accompanying sauces were spicy and delicious. We were 5 friends and all went for curry, which were rich and tasty. The next time we will go for more tandoori grilled plates as some table next to us took it and it looked amazing. Perhaps the restaurant could benefit from reviewing the wine list and add 2 or 3 labels more to each wine type (i.e. white, red), but overall it was a great experience. Once to repeat again for sure. 10/10Nice food, quick service and easy to find. Great deal at 30% off for booking in advance. We only booked 30 mins before going. Would recommend for a lovely meal.
