10/10During my visit to Amsterdam with my little family, i came across Himalaya Palace, it is simply my favorite restaurant for Indian cuisine. The menu was diverse and the food was fresh even though we came at the end of the day. The service was outstanding, with staff that were both attentive and helpful. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this restaurant promises an enchanting experience

7.5/10Food was ok, however the sitting arrangement ruined the dinner. The resturant was about 1/3 full yet all occupied tables were sitted extremely close to one another, while the other side of the resturantwas empty. We had the "pleasure" of experiencing a family dinner of complete strangers, sitted about 40 cm from us, as if we set with them. We now know everything about these people, including what they gift eachother on birthdays, their holiday plans, daughter eating problems and son's vaccination status (turns out he cant go to canada after all! As We were devastated to hear). ...and all we wanted was to have a nice quite dinner.

10/10A very nice Indian restaurant. The service was fast and very friendly. We were here with a 9 month old baby, which was sleeping when we arrived. The service noticed and kept the noise down so the baby kept on sleeping. The food was great, tasted fresh, tastefull and in balance. The peshwari naan was really great. Eventhough prices have risen significantly everywhere the past few months, this place has kept their prices really moderate. Good food, good service, very good price. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the wonderfull evening and see you guys soon!

8.5/10As the only customers in the place we certainly got served well, but not intrusively. The food was as good as I hoped it would be with perhaps the exception of the onion bajees which were not as good as those we had in Goa. However the main course certainly compensated for that!!!! We WILL go back there!!!!

6.8/10We booked here with a A.H coupon. It was really busy but we did go on a Saturday, so service was slow, but the staff were great. We chose our 3 course meal from the menu, so no restrictions with the coupon. The food was worth the wait. So if you enjoy a good curry give it a go.
