This is a great restaurant with very friendly staff and superb food. I have a feeling however that personnel changes a lot there and is not fully trained. One funny thing is that you can be asked up to three times if you want to make an order by different people. Once you have made your order a different waiter can approach you again with the same question. But this is cute and the restaurant is nevertheless great.

I ordered a plate, (macarrones of Messi) and the meat, which was supposed to be ground, came on my plate with four small pieces of bones that could have broken a tooth or irritated my throat. I pointed this out to the person serving us, who took the plate away, and they just told me, "Sure, the meat came like that."

The food was very good, with generous portions (maybe even a bit too big for some). Service was mixed — some of the staff were really friendly and attentive, while others were less welcoming. Unfortunately, not all of the wines and meat options from the menu were available, which was a bit disappointing. There was also only one English menu for the whole restaurant, so we had to wait around 15 minutes to get it, and then after just 5 minutes of looking through it we had to hand it back because another couple was waiting. On top of that, a few small details could be improved, such as the cleanliness of the washroom. Overall, a nice dining experience with tasty food, but there is definitely room for improvement in service, menu availability, and attention to detail.

It took an hour for our food order to be taken. We had to ask for water 3 times and the bill numerous times too. Very slow service

Beautiful restaurant and walkable. The service was good but the meat was not tender at all as promised. Too expensive for that bad experience with a dinner.
