10/10Fabulous meal. Lovely service. And it was if they had my Spotify for the background music. It was almost eerie! Food was outstanding. Thoughtful and tasty.

7.5/10We had an amazing table (full view of the kitchen) and a nice experience at Hofmann! They we're very accommodating to our allergies and restrictions and the food was delicious. We would have loved to have had more emphasis on roles of our servers and explanation of the wine pairings throughout each course - a good area for improvement. All in all, our group had a wonderful evening!

9/10Overall excellent and creative dishes except one dish (a risotto with some beef and cubes of fat… too much cubes of fat). Nice quiet atmosphere. We had a really good time.

9.5/10Superb food, worthy of its status and actually not over priced. Decor is extremely minimal but we weren't going for the surroundings. Highly recommended and able to accommodate non shell fish guest too.

6.5/10Apparently it's OK to be taking a video call on speaker phone in this restaurant. Totally bizarre and the staff don't care. Never saw this behavior in restaurant

9/10Second visit and enjoyable. Creative menu, but sauces in three out of the seven dishes were either super salty or very heavy that overshadowed the flavor of the dish. Maybe a mishap. We are coming back

10/10We went for the 1pm seating, had the morcilla which was delicate and flavorful. had the shrimp/gamba ravioli which had this incredibly thin layer encasing the shrimp, the head was an explosion of flavor that took me right to memories of snorkeling/diving in the sea. the Bacalao was exquisite with a fish skin chicharron. last and best was the figs+pistachio+mascarpone dessert, i could have had 10 of these for my entire meal. Honorable mention for the black sesame croissant they serve, quite delicious and unique. This was really a great meal for ~$70 per person, service was very good and friendly.

9/10Tried the 7-course tasting menu. The starters and “main-courses” was a nice experience. Deserts not my personal favorites, too sweet, and for my taste too much with two desserts, Service and attention was good as expected.

9/10Excellent cuisine served in style with beautiful plating and presentation. The degustation menu price is very reasonable for what they offer. Wished they could communicate better in English to elaborate on the exquisite dishes. Ambience is pleasant enough but could be better IMHO. Overall a wonderful experience which I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a Michelin Star experience at affordable pricing.

10/10No resting on laurels here. Arrived in Barcelona from SF jetlagged and grumpy after a taxi ride to the wrong Hofmann's. Course correction brought to our target 45 minutes after our reservation, but were nonetheless welcomed graciously and presented with a delightful and delicious 7 course tasting menu, including a bloody mary popsickle.

10/10We loved everything about our night! The food was great, the service was outstanding, and the staff was very accommodating with our requests. We dined with our two younger children, one of which is a picky eater. The staff was all over it and made her the best steak she had ever had while allowing the rest of us to enjoy the chef tasting menu. We will be back the next time we are in Barcelona!

9.5/10Aprt from a Michelin * eww stablishment for over 10 years Hofmann is a cooking school showcasing their students creativity & skills. I didnt know that before today,s excellent lunch. Thx to the friendly host & head waiter who had been doing extra length to ake sure we enjoy the meal. We ordered the 52 euro lunch menu which had wide selection of Catalona produces including seafood, iberico pork & beef cheek. We both took the gambas palamos entree. It was cooked in 3 dimensions. Shrimp is slght grilled drowned in green lettuce broth. The head was crisp & head jelly enhanced the green broth. Yummy!! I had the iberico prork chop with thin panko. Meat was just cooked tender & the micro thin panko crust was perfect ly crisp. Served with cherry sauce. YUMYUM. Best than Top Japan katchu in Kyoto. My partner had risottoin mossel mushroom & foie gras. YumYUMYUM!! The quality showed in the care to minute details of the cheese tart desert. The flavour is multi layers. 10/10The food was wonderful. So many surprises in taste and texture. The staff was very attentive. Just order the full 7 courses and allow them to choose the wines. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back, next time we are in Barcelona.

10/10What a delight. The five course menu was excellent in every way. Well balanced, not too much, even with the wine pairing. The artichoke starter and the quail tempura were highlights - and the deconstructed carrot cake! Also wonderful to see the students at work through the kitchen - the concentration of the artistry in motion.

9.5/10Very good food quality, 3 course meal including water and a glass of wine. Excellent presentation of dishes. we had both fish and beef as main courses. Service is attentive and seating is comfortable. Overall we are very satisfied with our dining experience. Will visit again in our next trip.

10/10One of the best dining experiences I've had in my life. Choosing Hofmann to celebrate 17 years together was the best decision we made. From the moment we entered we were very well received, everything was explained with the highest level of detail, such as why to prepare the dish the way it was made, the choice of ingredients, using the fruit as a container for the initial drink, among countless others information I learned throughout the experience. I am very grateful to all the people who assisted us and it is certainly on my list of the best places I have ever been

10/10The food here is excellent. The dining room view of the kitchen allows for a really interesting experience to witness chefs of such a high standard at work. Front of house service is very attentive and helpful. A fantastic restaurant to visit - very highly recommended.
