6.5/10The food was really good, but the service was slow, we had to wait for quite a while for the food and afterwards for the coffee. It seemed to be only one person who was serving/taking orders.

10/10Looking for a tasty indian food? This is the place. Chicken karai was on yummy, spicy and juicy. While the chicken butter masala was creamy and rich. Always get the Holy Cow Naan bread, that's perfection ???????? The papadam was good crispy but lacked some more sauce (the amount given on the plate was too little in my opinion).

6/10The one staff member we got to meet was really welcoming and kind, and the menu for vegetarian/vegan guests was incredibly diverse and long, but that's where the positive part of the review comes to an end. The amience was non-existent,the lack of music and bright lighting didn't help much. The food was bland and borderline tasteless, which is a shame considering all the tasty spice blends Indian cuisine can offer. Overall, I had high hopes for this place due to its high rating and veg. options, but I was left dissapointed. I will not be revisiting.

10/10First time back in Stockholm since 2019 and decided to return to our favourite Indian restaurant, Holy Cow Vasastan. The food is always excellent, although the wine is not great so I prefer a beer. Excellent value (by Stockholm standards), friendly service and the food is exceptional.

9/10Really nice restaurant, with (for me) the right focus and balance. The food is really good. Well cooked in all aspects, really tasty and clearly above the "standard" Indian restaurant. The place itself is fresh and cosy, with a bit low-key but warm atmosphere. Service is good.

7.5/10Very nice place with a great service. We had thalis: vegetarian and mixed. Both very good and different levels of chili in the dishes in thali. We recommend for couples and for Indian food lovers.

9.5/10Vegan and vegetarian dishes selection takes 2 menu pages and is so good. Chai masala tasted like chai masala (not like milk with some cloves as in some places), what made us happy. The place became busy immediately after opening on Sunday, so probably booking a table makes sense.
