Insanely small portions for the price and quality has decreased over the years. I’ve been a costumer ever since 2021 and every time I go there I leave disappointed.

Had a hamburger and the crunchy bacon fries. Bacon was not at all crunchy, whereas still raw, didn´t sent it back due to the fact that it was late and I was hungry. Service was take your order and serve your food, no attention to details or customer focused, when the experience could have been better having in mind that the restaurant was practically empty. Service and food needs improvement, probably experienced and professional staff might be the key.

Spectacular service. The burger was perfect I strongly recommend to try the milk shake. I’m very happy!

As always, it all feels very impersonal to me. Too industrialised maybe? Too much of "this is a franchise". I can't quite pin what exactly is that makes me feel this way, but every time I come here I feels it's lacking something.. The food felt a bit too greasy for me, and a bit too salty. The waiter wasn't the kindest either. Overall I think there are waay better burger places out there, with more soul and equally good or better food.

Service was subpar. Food was delivered incorrectly - would spend money and time elsewhere had we known what it wouldnhave been like.

The burger was very salty, fries doesn’t come with a burger you need to order it at extra coast, the host was not much welcoming. Toilet stinks and the floor is sticky. There are definitely much better burger places to go to

Staff were excellent and the food was perfect. X burger was a little on the small size, but very tasty:) Will go back for sure!

Nothing to say about Honorato. However the Fork application was offering a 50% discount when we booked, that turned out to be non existing. As far as we were told, this is Fork’s fault. The only thing we don’t understand is why is Honorato still working with Fork.

Amazing service! The only downside was the chicken tenders and the onion rings. They were really oily.

service was slow, waiter was very pushy with trying to sell us starters and desserts. calles several times, had to wait over an hour for the bill.

The burgers were not particularly special, but were very solid. After a lot of traditional Portuguese meals, it was nice to have a little taste of home (the U.S.).

everything was fine but we must have wasted 30 mins cuz no one used to come to us to take our order or for new orders or for getting the bill and the restaurant was mostly empty

Food was delicious and the theme of the restaurant was great. Drinks good too - glass of wine was only €4!

The burgers were lovely, tasty and juicy. However the onion rings were cold and the service slow and not as attentive as it could have been. The wait staff were not rude , just perhaps not enough: drinks forgotten etc. I had 50% off food via The Fork so that made up for it . .

I really enjoyed the burgers and the fries were also great. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is in a very cool building and a great location.

Nice restaurant, very friendly service. Good price quality for excellent burgers. Restaurant is a bit noisy, loud music. Many people will find that pleasant, people who have difficulty hearing will find it a little less pleasant. I recommend everyone to eat here!!

I came here for a lunch with my mom during our holiday in Lisbon. The industrial ambience is pretty cool and the staff was super nice: extremely attentive and ready to cater to any of our needs. The food was good. Would recommend!

Staff was nice, food was good as well, but nothing extraordinary for the price. The burger itself was pretty good, but some of the entrees were a bit mid. Overall it's a good experience and I do recommend it.

Amazing hamburger in Lisbon. My favorite is “monsieur”. I also suggest you to end your meal with the Banoffee dessert. Basil mayonnaise is the best sauce I’ve ever tried.

We were in a school dinner just before a theater and were kind of in a rush. The STAFF was super helpful and always caring. Thank you Honorato for this experience.

Food was good, service a little slow and took a while to get in as we needed to have COVID tests for the kids, which was not clear at the time of booking. The complexity explained though why the restaurant was lacking an atmosphere. However, the food was good as usual.

Electricity went off twice within 30 minutes and we were not offered an explanation as to why that happened. The burgers were not as good as what I expected. Not sure i would return.

Very nice place. Great atmosphere and food! The menu is only for burgers, I would suggest add some starters! But great quality.
