Experimented the pasta filo parmigiana. Excellent. And gnocchi all amatriciana. A must not to miss the ‘stinco alle patate arrosto’. We were 2 and enjoyed sharing dishes.

Hosteria Po’ is known for its high quality selected dishes and I’m usually a fan of ‘stinco’ . However this time I opted for ‘agnello al forno con patate arrosto’ and I confirm both the quality ‘= top notch’ and the cooking technique ‘outstanding’. We accompanied the meal with a bottle of ‘Lazio bollicine’ of an autoctone origin which was marvelous and could beat a high standard Franciacorta bottle with no doubt . Including price wise.

Delicious food with a twist of chef personalization versus the traditional Italian cuisine style. Highly recommended. And don’t miss the liquors with ‘dolcetti’ finger shaped.

service was great in fact BUT always the trick to compensate discounts hidden in the receipts which is very negative. Suddenly a caprese, 5 tomato slices and some basic mozzarella was 26 Euros so twice that of other antipasti. The casually play with coperti sums as they see fit. I'd rather give a good tip but this beahviour kills it. More importantly, i will not return.

Small restaurant, relaxed setting, attentive service. Menu is not extensive, but sufficient selection to satisfy the different tastes of those of us eating there. Food was generally traditional and very well prepared. One person had the fish special which was wrapped in a thin layer of au gratin potatoes formed into a thin crepe-like shell which was particularly outstanding.

The master of ristorante has offerred super nice wines and foods, even kind explanation of wines.

The host was super friendly and welcoming. The menu was small and very carefully chosen. Wide choice of homemade delectable desserts too. Fantastic recommendation by our hotel manager ????

Excellent restaurant. Our starters were lovely, mains huge and very tasty (try the baked lamb with potatoes), and the most amazing tiramisu! Also some great red wine and fennel biscuits, which sounds odd but were lovely! Staff were fabulous and the most friendly and helpful we have met in Italy! Gracie

Exceptional as always! We tried the beef tartar today - stupendous, And the chicken was excellent too. The pistachio desert with cherries inside was as good their tiramisu. Looking forward to the next visit!

My ravioli was very tasty and unique. However, my husband was offered the special dish of the day, pasta with shrimp. It had only a little minced shrimp on top, disappointing for 18€ The service was wonderful initially but once it was clear that we were not ordering multiple courses it became quite curt. When we mentioned the 20% off deal through The Fork, it was eventually given. We will not go to this restaurant again.

Vincent was an excellent host. It was our introductory meal in Rome and we could not have been luckier! The artichoke salad was amazing and his wine selection was perfect. We will definitely return.

I always have a great experience at Hostaria zoo. The atmosphere is a perfect combination of upscale and chill. The sommelier Vincenzo is charming and knowledgeable about wines and pairings and the entire dining experience is lovely.

I have visited Hostaria Po many times over the years, and never been disappointed. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff helpful and always with a smile on their faces.

The food is excellent from the starters to desserts. There are a lot of wines on the menu which match perfectly with the food. The waiters are really nice and welcoming and speak english and french. The tiramisu is amazing ! I recommend !!!

Excellent food & service! Sea bass is a dish to share after your first course of pastas & appetizers. Save room for dessert!

Great pasta as always. I appreciated the attentive service considering we had a pregnant person at the table. All in all, one of the better restaurant experiences I’ve had in some time.

All was correct, but no dishes have been special. Good restaurant athmosphere although... there was a client with a big dog at his table! Maybe it is OK in Rome to bring animals in restaurants, but to me it is just inappropriate. I would have not booked here if I knew that dogs were allowed.

I have dined there multiple times and have always had an excellent meal, and visitors also seeem to love it. My go to dish is off menu spaghetti with fresh grated truffles.
