10/10We had been the night before for great cocktails so decided to go the next evening for dinner and we weren’t disappointed. Had steak au poivre, delicious, and good red wine. At 8pm the jazz started, what a lovely ending to our time in Paris.

10/10Lovely bistrot on a lovely canalside. The food was very good, their French fries are great, and la tartare boeuf also excellent. Super attentive service. We loved it.

10/10A lovely little restaurant on the canal du Nord. The service was great and the food fantastic. The best restaurant meal I've had in some time. I'd definitely recommend stopping off here. I'll certainly be back next time I'm in Paris.

8/10My wife and I enjoyed lunch at this restaurant when visiting Canal St Martin. We had an aperol spritz, 6 tasty escargots, a cheese plate and a Caesar salad, all of which were very good. Service was good and the servers all spoke English. Unfortunately there is no view of the canal.

10/10Loved it. Yes they’re a little short staffed but the food was good, everyone was super nice and you get to enjoy amazing music; no need to rush through the evening. Can’t wait to go back.

9.5/10We had a reservation and were late arriving. We were shown directly to a nice table so we could see and hear the fantastic Chloe. We had the meat and cheese platter and a great bottle of red. Our waiter was very good but every seat was full so service was a bit slow.overall a great spot and recommend it for a fun nite out!

8/10My husband and I were a bit disappointed in Hotel du Nord. Loved the ambience and background jazz music, but my medium steak frites was really tough and was more rare. I could not finish it. I got tired of fighting with it. My husband’s onion soup was just okay.

7.5/10The restaurant is pretty wonderful. Our appetizers, oysters, cheese plate and main course were magnificent. Wine selection in place is wide. The furniture and the decoration of the restaurant are fantastic. Nevertheless, the service is super slow, we have spent here 3 hours and haven’t received our cocktails, but as a positions both of them have been included. On the other hand, one of waitresses told us that 3 of her colleagues didn’t showed up for work. So, it is not problem of the staff who worked that day. They tried their best. Moreover, we left tips for them.

6/10It’s a discriminated place. If you are tourist, you are not welcomed. They assigned us to sit next to another group closely in a corner, and told us all the tables on the other empty side are all reserved. But later on another group was allowed to sit on that side, and my wife heard from their conversation that they don’t even have reservations. We are Asian and the waiter who assigns seats didn’t know my wife knows french. We had dinner while touching elbows with the other group for the entire time. Will never come again even it’s downstairs.

8.5/10This restaurant was recommended by our tour guide. The food was excellent! Our table of 3 ordered several plates and shared. Quality & taste were wonderful. They do however need to upgrade their bar items! Ordered a martini but they didn't have olives nor olive brine to make a dirty martini (very disappointed) so we ended up ordering several bottles of wine. Also, it seemed they were short-staffed so we had to wait for a server to even approach and when he did, no apology offered nor any bread or water. We had to ask when he returned w/ the menus. After we were settled w/ wine and bread, we placed our order. Once the food arrived, it seemed the service improved BUT be prepared to wait! However, food was excellent and we certainly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely return on our next trip to Paris!

10/10Best meal in Paris. Food was tasty & good sized servings. Wait staff knew we did not speak French so went out of their way to explain the menu in English. Much appreciated.

10/10Optimal price quality ratio. The cuisine is typical from the south west France with some spanish inspired dishes in the menu. Portions are big and the prices are good, also without the Fork discount. The ingredients, like the beef (Filet Rossini) that I ate, are excellent. I strongly suggest to go to this restaurant.

7/10The service was great and the servers were very nice and accommodating. But the food was just so-so. The quality of the ingredients was just fine, but the steaks weren't cooked correctly. For instance, someone at our table ordered their steak cooked à point (medium rare) but it arrived pretty well-done. So that was disappointing. Steak frites is something that a bistro like this should have down! There were a lot of English-speaking diners, so I think this is a place a lot of tourists go. I wouldn't recommend it based on our experience, though.

8/10Site of many films this restaurant has been a regular venue for entertaining guests. Good French and some Asian fusion. The ambiance is old style elegant and cuisine commendable.
