I recommend this place to everyone who visits Alsace, especially Saint Hypolite, or tours the Wine Route. This restaurant is a local favorite and most of the time reservations are necessary. The staff is very friendly. The menu is not the biggest but there are plenty of choices, mostly local dishes. The food quality is superb and very well prepared and presented. They have a nice wine list, including plenty of local wines.

Excellent restaurant for trying local dishes and wine. The staff were unfailingly friendly and attentive. The food was of a good quality and very tasty and the wines, most of which came from very nearby were super. I would highly recommend eating at Hupsa If you are in the area. Do book though!

Delicious onionsoup and Hupsa Pfannala with goat cheese. I can‘t say anything about the desert, because nobody from the stuff recognized, that we want some.
