Homemade mozzarella was delicious - the caprese salad was family size. Guidance by the staff would have been appreciated to share rather than over order. Pizzas were good, pasta sauces did not taste authentic, thick from a can taste. And again portions were extra large.

Food and service was great, but setting is really bad, but you you must keep in mind that central Milano is basically destroyed. It is hard to find anything normal here anymore.

It is a rooftop restaurant uniquely located at the northern edge of Galleria Vittorio Emanuel. We sat oudoors, where you were far away from the traffic & crowds below. We shared a pizza margherita and large Caesar salad, and homemade cheese cake, all delicious, but the pizza rivaled the best I’ve had in Naples. Our server was friendly and helpful and this restaurant will head my list for any return trips to Milan.

Perfect for a quick shopping or business lunch

They should be adaptable to the needs their guest like joining two tables in one, because people as a group goes to pizza places to enjoy and enjoy the company of their friends, isnt it

Excellent foods and friendly staffs Hard to find the entrance though and we do see the cat walking on the roof

We're a family of four, and my son and my husband loved the pizza here. I don't exactly know what's really special about pizza here, but my son mention that it's one of the best pizzas in his life! The service was good too.

The location is quirky, on the roof of the great, classic central Milan shopping gallery (but that doesn't make for any interesting views – even from the raised walkway). The pizzas, so our kids tell us, were very good, and my baccala with olives and potato very nice. Our server was a happy, friendly, effervescent & really customer-focused young woman from Sri Lanka (sorry I forget her name – but she's a real asset to the place!). The problem was that, while soft drinks were properly chilled, the wines weren't: the essential and desperately needed cold prosecco on a very hot day, proved to be barely cool (probably about 12C), and when we asked a staff member to check, he confirmed that all the sparkling, white & rose wines were in a fridge that didn't manage to get below this...

The Pizza with ham, truffles, burrata and honey was great!

The food was really good. Service nice, not special. Seating on the terrace is a bit crowded, no view.

The staff came across as arrogant and unhelpful. They refused to honor a promotion that was clearly advertised on their Instagram profile. The overall attitude felt dismissive—especially toward foreigners. Would not recommend.

Great food, great staff, but hard to find. On the other hand there was very few people in the restaurant, what was a nice contrast to crowdy gallery beneath it.

They were very conscientious of our food allergies

The food was only surpassed by the welcome staff and warm atmosphere. No trip to Italy would be complete if you did not dine here.

nice food, but unfortunately no view from the terrace

The aloo olio pasta had no flavour but the pomodoro and pizza were great! The service was very slow

This is a very particular place with its own atmosphere. Strongly recommend it!

Very nice place, and the location is perfect. It is a but pricy but given the quality of the food and the great location, seems reasonable. The pizzas were really good and the service was very nice and attentive. It was raining, but otherwise the terrace is also a great advantage of this pizzeria.

Hidden in the rooftop of Milano's Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, with. little navigational skill, you'll find I Dodici Gatti. Off the beaten path, we found the team there to be friendly and helpful, and the food to be outstanding. While you might be understandably a bit nervous with pizza made more than 700 km from its birthplace in Napoli, you won't leave I Dodici Gatti disappointed. Remember - you are in Italia! Easily one of the best meals we enjoyed during our visit. (Bonus - you'll spot many locals eating lunch during the day - a good sign!)

Excellent pizza and amazing beer

Nice location, although a bit difficult to find as there are no signs on the ground floor…the entrance is behind the Leonardo museum. Food was good, just very expensive for what is is. I guess you pay for the very central location!

the staff was great but the menu items that are online when looking to book reservations do not match. I wanted the eggplant pizza it said online were part of the standard menu, but it wasn't. we ordered the meatball appetizer that they forgot about and didn't start making until we were done our entree. cute place but it's just average.
