9.5/10The food was delightful. I would say it’s a very quintessential Italian eatery. The service was a bit slow, but that gave us time to digest and talk. I would absolutely come back the next time I’m in Roma.

9.5/10Went for Sunday lunch after a stroll in the park at Villa Borghese. It was our favourite meal in Rome. We shared a pasta (Pini) and main course (Stuffed Calamari). So so delicious!

10/10Hard to know where to begin with this. An owner (or chef)?) who just couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a fantastic experience. A superb wine list. Incredible food, mostly piedmont specialties. Probably the best meal I have eaten in Italy, ever.

A really outstanding meal! Server was attentive without hovering. Food was exceptional. We were the only non Italians in the restaurant on Christmas Day. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

10/10We make it a point to eat at I Goliardi during our frequent visits to Rome. The service is great and the food is delicious. The owner ensures everything is on point. It is a bright and clean restaurant. This past time we ordered both pasta and beef dishes and as usual we were completely satisfied! And as an extra plus, you can make reservations in advance for small and large gatherings (arranged a dinner for eight visiting family members last time).

Before our apartment was ready to move in by Piazza Navona, we stayed at the Marriott Grand Flora hotel. This is easily the best restaurant in the area! Highly recommend and whenever we’re near we will most definitely be back to visit Aldo and his team!!

10/10This was the best meal we had in Rome. Service was great-very friendly and relaxed. Food was simple yet cooked perfectly. We ate at many restaurants while in Rome-some were touted at being excellent--I Goliardi was an infinitely better meal than all those "fancy-5 star" restaurants. Just go!

l'atmosfera e il cibo erano perfetti! We absolutely enjoyed our dinner and the tables on the sidewalk/street were amazing in the evening air! Highly recommend Goliardi Roma! The white truffle pasta was the best I have ever had in my life!! The beef dinner and the ribs are delicious! The deserts are incredible as well! Can’t go wrong with Goliardi Roma!!

This is a lovely small restaurant with indoor and curb side seating on a side street not far from the Via Vittorio Veneto, Borghese Park and ancient city walls. We had made a reservation but we were early compared to Italian tradition, so they were not very busy. A nice table out on the sidewalk on a relatively quiet street. We started with a recommended house wine and a bruschetta type starter, along with Carpaccio della Granda. Our main was a beef fillet sliced and green beans. We finished with a Cappuccino, Espresso and Limoncello. We shared everything between the two of us Everything was excellent and the service was attentive without being at your table all the time. Highly recommend.

10/10In a word: perfection. I had chosen this restaurant because of the Piedmontese menu, which I thought would be a nice change from the usual pizzas and pastas. I'm so glad I did. We ordered two of their pork dishes, a tenderloin with a mustard sage sauce and a rack of melt-in-your-mouth ribs in a savory chocolate sauce. Both were orgasmic. The service was really friendly and efficient, and the dining room quiet and charming. I would go back there again and again just to try everything else on the menu.
