We had an excellent experience at Iari The Vino apart from our initial arrival. Everything about the establishment was great, the service, the food, the ambience BUT the guy showing people to their tables was not the most people friendly. I get that he’s probably had enough of rude tourists etc but he could do with a rest, then come back refreshed and a little more patient and polite. We had to queue even though we’d booked, which wasn’t a problem as we were a bit early but we found him unnecessarily abrasive. Whilst we were waiting we witnessed a few potential diners react in a negative way towards him due to his overall demeanour. Shame, as the restaurant itself deserves only the best reviews. We couldn’t fault the service once seated, or the food.

Food was great! We had their Cacio e pepe and Amatriciana which was excellent! We also got one of the best Tiramisu and Panna Cotta for dessert. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent - great cosy little restaurant sucker near the collesum - The staff were genuine, outgoing, warm and Friendly. - The food was to die for! This a is exceptional spot to go for a nice quite cosy dinner

Food was so good. Lasagna to die for. Bruschettta was divine. Showed up at 8pm for reservation but there was nothing available for us (and they seated people before us without reservations). Mild issue but hope they improve this. Will for sure come back. Great area and fun outdoor vibe. Grazie!

Finally, we found delicious Italian food in Rome. This was the perfect ending to our travels in Italy. We started our dinner with the Pistachio Ravioli. We highly recommend!! We continued with Ravioli with Burrata and Pomodora and I had the Pasta Cabanara! Perfection!! Our waiter was Christian and very good. This is the most authentic and fresh Italian food we have found in Roma!!

We selected this place based on some other reviews and we weren’t disappointed. The food was authentic and delicious, the staff helpful and knowledgeable. We did book a day in advance which is advisable as it’s very busy. We sat outside which was lovely too.

Great food, nice outside terrace. Carbonara was excellent as well as the two ravioli specialties of the day. Amatriciana was only so-so. I found it quite exaggerated that we had to pay 8 times coperto (cover charge) for 4 mains dishes and one bruschetta mix that we shared.

We were visiting Rome from the US and this restaurant was right under where we were staying. Food was wonderful, all staff were kind and friendly. We will be returning before our trip is over. Highly highly recommend.
