Ikibana is Amazing, I’m allergic to seafood, Ikibana made my life long dream of trying something similar to sushi but with Picanha and Wagyu! I’m grateful for this well thought concept and for being extra careful preparing my food!

We arrived and ordered the tickets. Exactly 10 minutes later we went to order the dishes and communicated that the kitchen was already closed. We weren't told it was going to close and we left almost to the kitchen without eating anything. The attendant was terrible at everything.

We came early and got the starters very fast, but then something went wrong with service and we were waiting one our for the sushi and main course. It was sad because the first impression was good with the ambiance and green decoration, but we were hungry and tired of waiting.

Nice food except for the beef which was hard to eat and didn’t taste anything good. Some order mix on beverages (Schweppes instead of Fanta, 1 coffee instead of 3) and some of the staff clumsy (poring over unrequested ice, using chipped plate) and rude: one waiter commented on people coming over at 16:30 - but while restaurant was open and he made the comment out loud, as a client sitting at next table I found this rude. Place a bit dirty: hair on the table, dirty deco pillows, cigarettes on the floor… inappropriate.

They didnt have ingredients to prepare half of the cocktails in the menue but still charged us for two extra cocktails that we didnt order... . The waitresses are not kind or polite, on the contrary they are rude and dont even look at you when taking the order. They seemed to be stressed and rushing all the time. We didnt like the service at all.... The food was cold and came at different times, even though it was the main dish, so I had to start eating long before my wife. There is no sense of customer service or harmnony. Its all about rushing you to spend more and leave asap, which in my opinion kills the experience of a romantic dinner.... I think that I will go to Nobu next time.
