10/10The restaurant exudes a charming, yet modern atmosphere. People are very welcoming and take great care of ensuring everyone feels well. We spent new year eve, which could be challenging for any restaurant, and the food was delicious, freshly prepared and served on time.

9.5/10A bit different from the traditional Italian we had been eating all week. It was nice to have a menu with a different twist. We enjoyed all our courses and the waitress was helpful with the wine selection and recommending her favourite dishes. We enjoyed the live music but were pleased we sat in the back section of the restaurant as it was a bit loud for us

10/10First meal we had in Italy together and we don't regret it. A nice cosy vibe perfect to take a loved one. Great service and food was superb!

If you want to be on the safe side, go here, THE EAT IS VERY WELL, varied choice between fish, meat and vegetables. Being a vegetarian, it is often difficult to find suitable places for me too. It's truly excellent! You absolutely have to try the fried burrata!😜😜

5/10The food was very good but the service was awful. I asked one of the two girls serving at the tables for some olives to go with my glasses of wine (actually just ate 3 of them) and they put extra 5€ on my bill. Fortunately the gentleman at the bar was very helpful and deleted the olives from the bill but this I think is unacceptable also because everywhere you have a glass of wine or a cocktail in Florence, they offer something like chips & olives, not to say that I already took a pasta dish, 2 glasses of wine and water so I wasn't there only for the drinks.

I'm sorry, madam, for this misunderstanding! Since we are also a cicchetteria, the girl misunderstood and brought a cicchetteria portion of Cerignola olives with its corresponding price! As soon as we found out, we immediately corrected it! We are also sorry for your somewhat harsh review, as we always strive to do our best! Thank you, and we hope to see you next time.
