What a delight. The meat melted in the mouth. The service excellent. As for the Truffle liquore 😉 Thank you all for giving as a memorable evening

This is not a tourist trap, it’s all locals and the staff hardly speak english. I’d encourage the owner to talk to all his guests even if in Italian. We enjoy the interaction even if we don’t understand. Anyhow, the good is amazing, best steak in Puglia. Good wine selection and the prices are very reasonable. A big thanks to the young man that catered to us. He’s an excellent asset to the establishment.
