+6With my son, we discovered this restaurant by chance in January, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Since then, every time I visit him in Paris, we go to eat at Antonio’s. The welcome is always warm, and the dishes, prepared with seasonal ingredients, are absolutely delicious and of outstanding quality. I highly recommend the restaurant “Il Borone.”

I’ll always go to il Barone whenever I’m in Paris. The food is excellent and always with seasonal and fresh products. Thanks to them I can enjoy pasta WITHOUT GLUTEN All dente in Paris (I’ve been in top restaurants in Paris and had to return the pasta which was precooked, and eventually the chef confirmed he couldn’t cook al dente). So for me it’s a pleasure have authentic Italian food. The service can be slow sometimes but a good food can take time. I recommend to follow their recommendations

Very sad to see the decline of this restaurant. The quality of the food has declined measurably. I would not recommend it.

Il Barone was amazing! We had a great Tuscan wine, and the antipasti offered a great variety. The lemon pasta, and lasagna were perfect. We had several veal dishes and enjoyed them all. Of course we had to finish the meal off with tiramisu! Our server was maybe the best part of the entire experience though!

Favorite restaurant in Paris. Authentic and delicious. And don’t forget to have truffles when in season! Guisseppe will treat you well. Ask for his hand made limoncello

I nice place, very friendly service, but the food was disappointing. We had Canneloni as main course. Rucola with parmesan as starter was also boring while the burata was very good.

My mother had had lunch at Il Barone 17 years ago while living in Paris and had loved it, so she wanted to introduce me to it this trip. We are really serious foodies and love to eat different cuisines sometimes when in France, not just French. We have traveled in France extensively and have lived here several times, and have also traveled throughout Italy and are Italian by heritage on my Mom's father's side. We can say without hesitation that this is the best Italian food we have had. We started with the lovely finely sliced, flavorful Prosciutto di Parma and fresh, yummy melon. The Lasagna alla Bolognese was so flavorful, with a delicious Béchamel sauce, sublimely thin, homemade pasta and incredible Bolognese sauce. It was an elegant dish truly. And the Piccantina al Limone was so delicious and perfectly cooked. Service is warm and friendly and our two servers were funny and charming, so welcoming. The dining room is lovely with paintings. We will return every time we are in Paris!

Whenever we stay in Paris for a weekend, we book a table at Il Barone, for the delicious food with fresh, homemade pasta and a variaty of dishes. The owner welcomes us like old friends, really attentive! We hope to come back soon.

This restaurant was fantastically authentic and the two brothers who were waiting on us were nice, funny, and seemed to know many of the other diners fairly well. Wonderfully wonderful place!

Very pleasant family run restaurant, the friendliest Italian I have visited in Paris.Home made pasta, good family style food, nothing fancy but this is real Italian food! Worth a try.

Good products but nothing exceptional. The service was nice too but a bit heavy on the Italian speaking act. The wine menu was good.
