Lovely staff and a fantastic view. The menu is limited, but what we did have was enjoyed. The Frite miste as an appetiser was shared between four of us and the vegetables were crisp and not oily as we’d had them before elsewhere.

We were surprised about the quality of the food (much worse than a year ago). We even asked whether they changed the chef because some of the dishes we have ordered were really disappointing. It’s a shame because the location is really nice with a beautiful view and service trying really their best.

The location is amazing with a stunning view over the Umbrian countryside. The team are lovely. The food still needs a little bit of work but we are confident they will get there!!
