We were staying nearby to catch a flight the following morning - and in need of dinner stumbled across this place - where we were very pleasantly surprised to have an excellent- great value meal of flame grilled sausage and porchetta bruschetta, and the meat st delicious, lightly battered fried calamari & shrimps - The shrimp some of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. Along with a fresh salad and excellent house wine. The service was great and the interior rustic - Well done!

We were the only couple eating at the time, as it was low season, early evening, rainy & cool, and were provided with impeccable service, and the highest quality food. We enjoyed one of the best meals of our Italy trip at Il Borghetto. Possibly the most delicious beef tartar I have ever had. Superb wine, excellent pasta with long neck clams. Grazie Liliana e Massimo! See you again!!
