Il Cantuccio was a great find with affordable prices and very welcoming service! We had the caponata, sautéed mussels, ravioli, and gnochetti and would warmly recommend everything we ordered!

This was one of our best meals in Siracusa. The owner and his staff were very attentive and friendly, the food was incredibly well executed, and it was nice to dine outside on their patio. It is on a side street from the busier main streets, so a little quieter. We had caponata with tuna, bruschette miste, an amazing cacio e pepe, a baccala ravioli, pasta with fried anchovies, and incredible grilled shrimp. For dessert, the tiramisu was perfectly done, and a semifreddo-like pear dessert was one of the best we’ve eaten. Highly recommend!

Cozy and comfortable. The food was excellent with a nice bottle of wine. Fried artichokes, saltimbocca, bruschetta and perfectly cooked pasta. Save room for dessert! Tiramisu.

Excellent food, very sweet owners and easy to find. We had both the seafood platter and the meat platter, both were delicious. Probably the best carbonara we ever had too!
