10/10The nice restaurant with beautiful ambience, caring waiters, and tasty cuisine. Very good for special occasions and for relaxing evening. The only minus is location, but taxi can help!

10/10Il Capestrano is a gem. The food was exquisite. The service was remarkable. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. We came originally for the arrosticini, from all of the wonderful pictures provided through the Fork app. We were definitely not disappointed. Every plate we selected had met and exceeded our expectations. The service was very helpful and kind. With their assistance and wonderful smiles, my wife and I were able to enjoy this spectacular evening. It is an experience that will not be forgotten. We will definitely return to this fine establishment. Bravo to the team of Il Capestrone!

10/10What a wonderful experience – especially for someone whose first time it is visiting Milan. The service, atmosphere, and the food were all fantastic! I wish I could go back again! I will when I return. This is not to be missed and worth the trip if you’re coming from downtown/central Milan.

9/10An amazing meal… we went for dinner .. we ordered the eggplant to start, it was delicious.. then I ordered the ravioli which was excellent… we ordered a few sides, all of which were so good… especially the potatoes. The waiter recommended a bottle of wine to go with the food we ordered and it was really good. The service is excellent.. the place is a little far from where we were staying (15 min by taxi) but worth it… the place was quiet, with not many tables occupied.

10/10From the meat/cheese appetizer to the pasta and the grilled lamb, the food was terrific. The flavors were subtle and elegant. The ambiance was just the right balance of energy and intimacy. The wait staff was impeccable, with one minor flaw they fixed as soon as it caught their attention. I’ll be back.

10/10We were a couple. We celebrated my partner's 50th birthday. The service was excellent, the waiter was very kind and tolerant, and explained to us everything we wanted to know. The dishes were very tasty, from the starter, to dessert. The place is very beautiful, intimate and clean. Very high level. We had a great time, and will return for sure to this restaurant.

9/10Great, unpretentious cooking. Ambience is rustic, yet sophisticated. Service did not have any mistakes, but was also not special- a couple of the dishes took a little too long and one of the waiters seemed not to be enjoying himself. Overall, a solid 8/10 - still needs some fine tuning if they want their first *, even though I think they’ll eventually get there.

10/10Saturday evening. It was full of locals and I could see why. The food and the wine was authentic, delicious and moorish. It left me wanting to return to try the rest of the menu before i had even finished my meal!

9/10This place was totally worth the 2 mike walk! The hostess was very welcoming and gave us great advice on many of the dishes. The ambiance is perfect and very relaxing. We will eat going back.
