The dishes likely just combined different ingredients with no creativity, resulting in a mediocre taste. The most disappointing part was the dessert of white chocolate with berries. The white chocolate tasted like store-bought chocolate mixed with thawed berries. Apologies for being blunt, but with such quality, there will be no repeat customers.
