The cheese wheel may be a tourist thing, but was great. The pasta perfectly cooked and the black pepper sauce was a delight.

Nice food, nice atmosphere, life cooking at your table, Tiramisu 😋

I am disappointed that they did not give me any discount , although I found and choose the restaurant because “the Fork” had them on the list I used to choose a restaurant in Roma. Maybe “the Fork” should make clearer by using another color or symbol that some restaurants do not offer any discount at all .

I had to sit down in the very narrow space table.

The food and service was exceptional. As a family of 7 with various allergies every need was catered for. Would highly recommend the buffalo mozzarella with pear and the tiramisu. The night was truly relaxing.

We were in Rome, staying near the Vatican and had a change of plans so we needed a last minute dinner reservation. I looked through lists of best restaurants around us. We were able to get into the restaurant with a reservation that evening for dinner. The meal was very good, my daughter loved the cacio y Pepe finished table-side. The burrata with pears and honey was delicious! The service was attentive. The location was right off a metro stop and perfect for us.

During our visit to Rome we have dined at 10 restaurants, this is the only one we have visited twice!

Service was exceptional and table side pasta in cheese wheel and table side tiramisu dessert just added to the experience!

Came for the cheese wheel pasta, fell in love with the tiramisu. I'm not kidding when I say this is the best tiramisu you will ever have. I'm going back tomorrow for another portion.

This was the best meal I had in Italy and ended up going back on my last night. Excellent service, amazing food, and true Italian experience. Don't miss out!!

great restaurant with great food and service! the food was spectacular, we had pasta straight out of the block of cheese which is something that my wife dreamed about, and the roast lamb, both were very nice and presented beautifully. the staff were really nice and welcoming, knowing that we would like to take pictures and were happy to accommodate. we also had a very nice desert from real mascarpone cream with wild berries. highly recommended for a local restaurant in the heart of Rome.

My favorite restaurant in Rome!! It is soooo good!!

Fantastic food and service. Every dish we had was delicious and we returned 2 more times during our month long stay in Rome. Get out of the center of the city for meals and support the other restaurants.

If I could give this restaurant no stars, I would. We came in as a family of 5 with reservations. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seated right away. The lady that sat us was very pleasant…that is the only good thing I can really say. As soon as we got sat the waiter came and pushed us to order with a very rude demeanor. They got our drinks and pasta and never came back to our table, but did go to another table that was by us multiple times…that table spoke Italian and we are Americans. After reading reviews it did feel as if we were not treated the same as others in the restaurant. My husband went to pay as soon as we got done eating as we felt we were in their way with the looks and lack of service we received. Our waiter just left my husband standing at the register and finally the older lady who sat us helped him. I would NEVER give my money to this place again. Not okay to treat people this way. Osteria De Fortunata was hands done a better pasta and service if debating.

Came for the pasta wheel. The food was delicious and our waiter was great. The only disappointment was the pasta wheel. I had expected them to do it in front of us. However, it was just brought out and presented, then served.

What an amazing find, only in Rome for four days and went twice. Service was out of this world, food incredible.

Everything was perfect!

Felt pushed and judged by the server. The cacio e pepe in the pecorino wheel was the best thing i’ve had in Rome so far though.

Server was absolutely fantastic. Perfect amount of charm without being over barring. Food was delicious and fresh. We had both options that were mixed in the cheese wheel table side, a great touch. The decor was lovely and it had a very nice relaxing feel. Will definitely visit again.

The food was perfect, Roman artichokes were lemony and perfect , spinach ricotta ravioli was melt in your mouth, and the warm ricotta chocolate tart was amazing. Grazi, best meal I had in Rome

Service and ambience was great. Fried prawns and calamari met expectation. Amaritriana was awesome. Fetuccini with porcini mushroom was very good. Sauteed lamb was too salty, unfortunately. Pricey for the serve size of dishes.
