Walked in on our time we booked for and were instantly told that we strictly have one hour, after negotiating the waiter pushed was okay with 1.5 hrs. TERRIBLE ALREADY. Constantly judging what we want to eat. As soon as we paid - one of us went to the bathroom and thy were trying to push us out. Like they don’t treat you well, the treat you like bags of money. Very rude big man, no smile nothing, asking us to do this or that. Let us just enjoy some average food. So expensive for no reason. Just go to a Chinese restaurant around the corner.

Enjoyed our experience here and went back a second night. Was in a perfect location near our hotel. The staff were lovely, helping with menu choices and the food great. The Fork discount was applied both nights and really helped too!

Very good and helpful service. Excellent wine recommendations to go with the food. The duck ragout Pici pasta was yummy.

Food was just ok, we had better in Florence for less money. Attitude on the part of the server put us off as well. We were spending too much money to get attitude from a snooty waiter!

Nice staff, didn't order steak. Maybe my fault? Pastas were one dimensional. Osso bucco needed another hour or two cooking. Had to work with my knife to trim quite a bit off.

Delicious italian dishes. Great to share starters and taste the beautiful dishes. Leak with parmezano and truffle ????Great service very kind waiters. Good English but very italiano ????

This was our 4th time in the last 2 months with various visitors. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent. We are going back before we head back home.

Excellent service and the staff also suggest the appropriate quantity of dishes based on the number of people. The food is incredibly delicious! It's one of the best meals I've had in Italy. The recommended wine was also fantastic. Although it's a small restaurant, you can feel that it's highly popular. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who are planning to visit Italy! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful dining experience!

Wonderful, welcoming place that is cozy and fun with delicious items and amazing wines. The staff are very accommodating and we may even go back again while we are here. They are very helpful with explaining a nice variety of menu items and making you feel comfortable.
