8/10I must say a bit disappointed, we were there ten years ago. We left with a taste of more, After tonight, we left hungry, we thought that the chef is super talented but it was a taste not proper full dinner. There was a lack of side dish, something more fulfilling, The food was good but it was not as we remembered.

10/10We booked Il Faro for my wife’s 40th Birthday while visiting the Amalfi coast. The location and views across the bay to Amalfi and Capri is breathtaking, and only matched by the quality of food and service we received. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

10/10We had a wonderful meal. Staff were superb. We did the seafood menu with wine pairings. So so good. Will return next time we are on the Amalfi coast!

10/10A perfect fine dining experience from start to finish. From being greeted by owner Gigi and being shown the breathtaking view, then down a few steps into a dining room with wall to wall sea view, followed by cocktails mixed at our table. Exceptional service and attention from all the staff. Food meticulous, inventive and delicious! Highly recommended.

10/10Had dinner last night at Il Faro di Capo d'Orso and wow; what an experience! First of all, we were kindly greeted by all the staff and before being guided to our table. The view is absolutely stunning and thank goodness the food was equally (or maybe even more) stunning. The dishes were well composed and innovative. Each bite offered a depth of flavour and texture that often brought a smile to my and my husbands face. This was the best dinner we've had to date. Granted we are still in our late 20's early 30's, so take that as you will. Definitely a great romantic setting for a honeymoon or other special occasion. The quality and price balance was also quite good. Would recommend this to all our friends/people who are staying on the Amalfi Coast
