We were greeted warmly by the host/ owner. My husband began with the best Negroni in the world! said the owner and he agreed! We had delicious food beginning with a platter of speck and buffalo mozzarella. Other courses were Rigatoni Carbonara and creatively made Saltimbocca accompanied by nice white and red wines. The restaurant was very busy ( make a reservation) but the server and the host managed it all brilliantly. We had a lovely evening and would highly recommend it.

I had high hopes from reading the other reviews, unfortunately the main issue was the food. I don’t know how you can make Italian food bland but it was managed here. The service wasn’t great, having to ask a few times for our wine, water and Parmesan cheese. The wine was great when it arrived. I won’t be going back. The manager kindly took off the uneaten, heavy, congealed pasta dish from our bill.

Fantastic service and quick. Wait time was fine. High quality food with a fair price. Lovely dining experience with very good vibey music. We had 30% off because of booking with Fork so the price was even better and it worked without a problem. 10/10 would eat again. Must try is the Tuna Tartare: the best I've ever had. The pasta is quite dense and flavorful. The tiramisu is also the best l've had (and trust me, I've had a lot!). Go there after looking at the Spanish Stairs after a quick 15 min walk.

We had the days catch for two. A 2kg sea bass (branzino) that was prepared perfectly. Lovely wines by the glass. Manager and staff were more attentive than most.

We booked our reservation through The Fork app, which made it easy to walk in (especially with a food allergy). To begin, we were served bread and bruschetta, including a gluten free option that was equally delicious. We then enjoyed the homemade carpaccio (a house special), sea bass filet, steak with seasonal black truffles, and finished the evening with tiramisu (that was gluten free to accommodate my food allergy). The dining room was filled with people and the staff kept up the pace and attention. The wine recommendations were on point.

I had a delicious seafood salad, followed by a very good spaghetti carbonara. Nice ambiance with movie posters. Friendly service.
