10/10The food is absolutely amazing. The tuna tartare was so fresh that it tasted like the ocean. The seafood risotto was the perfect blend of seafood and the rice was al dente. Absolutely delicious! Service was attentive and provided good recommendations. We plan to return for lunch again tomorrow!

10/10This restaurant has many wonderful details that made our experience simply phenomenal! It is both cozy, and sophisticated, combining the best out of a fine dining establishment, and an intimate family restaurant. The service was above and beyond, and we simply could not have had a better evening! Grazie a tutti!

6.5/10I was very excited to dive at Il Fiore. However, i found that every dish i had was disappointing. There was nothing special about the meal and i questioned the freshness of the meals. There were meant to be several crunchy components, such as a fried eggplant match stick that was soft and tasted old. Similarly the porcini mushrooms seemed old as well, again soggy in a cold oil coating. It may have been because we did not pick the valentine's course menu that their focus wasn't on the test of the dishes, however this wasn't acceptable for the price. Overall it was a more expensive meal for food that i questioned the freshness of .

10/10An impromptu visit to this restaurant, a hidden treasure in Maastricht. Italian hospitality and great Italian dishes invites to come back. Also great attention to children from both the Chef as the hostess.

9.5/10Excellent, authentic Italian food, which we paired with delicious white wines from Puglia recommended by the proprietor. We capped off our lunch with a perfectly made espresso and tiramisu. Truly a pleasurable lunch experience.

9.5/10A diamond at the river in Maastricht! If you want to experience the real Italian cuisine go to Il Fiore! Typical Italian dishes and very sophisticated prepared. Fantastic taste, served on nice plates. The selection of wines from the different famous Italian regions is great, like the taste! To make the experience complete we were getting an excellent service! Complimenti al cuoco e la cameriera!
