7/10Food was pre prepared- a lot of frozen foods- put me off a little.

We would like to assure you that our pistachio tagliatelle are freshly made, and not frozen. As for the salmon tartare, we use high-quality fresh salmon that is blast chilled (a process required by health regulations) to ensure it is safe for raw consumption, without compromising its taste or texture. Regarding the chicken, it is cooked sous-vide (low temperature cooking), which is a slow and delicate process designed to keep it juicy and tender inside. For this reason, it is pre-cooked and vacuum sealed, then finished before serving to achieve a crispy exterior and a flavorful interior. 9.5/10I had dinner at Il Giardino Bar & Restaurant just now. When was making payment, the waiter denied receiving my booking and made me pay by other method despite I wanted to pay by fork pay. After I made the payment, he told me that he just received my booking from the hotel reception. It’s started with a good meal but ended with frustration.

10/10The service here is spectacular, no words. With the offer is a great opportunity to have a fine dining with an affordable price. The food was really really good, I recommend the burrata with zucchini. The portions are not huge but is expected of this type of fine dining services. Definitely recommend!
