5/10Very limited menu and what we had was ok but probably the worst dinner we had during our week in Lucca. Small restaurant and beginning at 9:00pm they have live music. We left soon after but in a small restaurant they do not need music

8.5/10Not typical italien cuisine. It’s more a type of „fusion kitchen“ between Italy, German, Asian…… very good quality, super nice People….. Portions are rather small, so better order a full menu…..

10/10It was our 25th Wedding anniversary and we had a delightful evening. The owner and his staff were very engaging, helpful and polite. The food was. delicious and different. Very refreshing from the norn. Lovely flavours and beautifully presented. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Thankyou all.

10/10We really enjoyed trying the menu at the restaurant and appreciated a new twist on Italian classics! The wine list is also great. The service is friendly and feels personal, would like to come back :)

10/10I would thoroughly recommend Il Grammofono. The menu is limited but each dish was exquisitely cooked with beautiful presentation and a reasonable sized portion. The proprietor was very friendly and recommended our first taste of “orange” wine which we really enjoyed.

10/10Lovely short menu - that’s constantly changing. We’ll be back later in the week when a new menu will be introduced. Great selection of rose wines, perfect for summer dining. Indoor dining only in a/c comfort, ideal with the oppressive heat outdoors. Wonderful husband and wife team.

10/10+2We felt so welcome from we arrived until we left. Excellent and friendly service, and great recommendations from the restaurant short but excellent menu. The menu changes every month so no chance to get bored 😋 We had a delicious 3 course meal- accompanied by a lovely and elegant bottle of orange wine 🍷. When we were leaving the host reminded us about a discount we got by booking through The Fork! We had totally forgotten about it. That too, along with the super friendly service and absolutely great food, is a true sign of quality ⭐️⭐️ When the guide Michelin people finds this place it will be fully booked weeks in advance- so hurry up and book a table ⭐️⭐️

10/10Lovely restaurant within the walls of Lucca owned and managed by a young couple - he is front of house and she is the chef. We had a lovely evening with a warm welcome and excellent food and wine. The food quality is typical of the region but the style of cooking is fusion which is a really nice change. The restaurant itself has a very relaxed and elegant ambiance

10/10The restaurant is run by Costantino, Clara and Victor. Clara is a genius in the kitchen adding an exotic twist to all her dishes. Costantino is very knowledgeable as far as wines are concerned and advises you according to your choice of food. Victor presents the dishes brought to your table with passion and describes them beautifully. The menu changes every month which makes it interesting. This is our favourite restaurant in Lucca.

10/10My husband and I loved this restaurant during our stay in Lucca that we ate at the restaurant twice. We had the opportunity to experience two different menus and both times the food was excellent. Constantino ( owner) and Victor ( waiter) were attentive and friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and quiet enough to have a conversation. We are now back in the United States and I miss Lucca and this restaurant.

8/10Very slow service, we waited for 30 min to just make the order. Menu is very small, so no make sense to wait for such a long time. We even didn’t order drinks :( Food is good, pricy, but good quality and tastes good. 😊

10/10Very nice! Lovely atmosphere with soft lighting, great jazz Music, but not too fancy. Very nice and attentive walter, and we had a great conversation with the owner or manager about jazz. Really innovative food; fusion of Asian with Italian. The Scorpion Fish was especially good, and the avocado panna cotta. And not too expensive

8/10"We say 'Cobbler, stick to your last' in our country. Our appetizer was very good. We had homemade focaccia with a delicious cold cut. Truly delightful. But when it came to the main course, the chef took a trip around the world, and unfortunately, it backfired. Ramen soup cannot be prepared without a lot of patience for the broth. In Japan, one simmers bones for days to achieve the flavor known as Umami. My ramen soup was far from it. Neither the broth had a hint of umami, nor were the ramen homemade. I was very disappointed because I had expected more. Even the baked Cod Fish was neither baked nor particularly tasty. What was truly delicious was the combination of spinach with the fish broth and hummus. All in all, we were disappointed with the food, but we had a really nice waiter and tasty wine."

10/10What a lovely place in the city center of Lucca! The restaurant is elegant, the menù is fascinating, and the staff is professional and friendly at the same time. The food quality is definitely high and the taste is simply delightful. It has been a while since the last time we ordered from the appetizer until the dessert: we really enjoyed this journey inside their flavors. It was a special occasion for us, as it was my fiancee's birthday. The staff brought his dessert with a candle on top of it. I am so glad they remembered it, as I wrote it in the note on our reservation. Thank you so much! We definitely recommend this place and we are looking forward to seeing you soon!

10/10The service was fantastic, the food was inventive and delicious, particularly the rice paper rolls and the cod. We felt privileged to be dining in such a place where the chefs clearly care about the food. The price was very good for the quality of food we received. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

10/10We were last at this wonderful restaurant six years ago where we enjoyed stunning food (and equally stunning wine) in a fabulous environment. So it is then that six years later (almost to the date) we have once again enjoyed a meal in a restaurant that can be relied upon for excellence in every regard! This restaurant is a must for any and all who seek wonderful food in a wonderful environment!
