6/10The atmosphere was okay and the gentleman who took the order was also nice, But unfortunately, the pasta included the hair (not on the pasta, through the pasta!!) so I couldn’t finish it after seeing it,

5.5/10This place has a shop windlow marketing strategy to attract clients, but that’s it! There are nicer and friendlier places in Florence. The food ok and it took a while. The waiters were friendly, but the supervisor was awful! After a waiter offered a limoncello (probalbly foe the long wait), the supervisor asked us with urge to pay at the counter, in other words to leave the table! I definitely do not recommend !

Very courteous and efficient service. Waitstaff were adorable, kind and friendly. Food was beautifully prepared. Tasty too. Fun atmosphere. We’d definitely return.

2/10“Tourist trap! Avoid at all costs.” This place is nothing but a money-making machine. The service is completely impersonal, the staff rushes you in and out like you’re on an assembly line, and the food is ridiculously overpriced for what it is. There’s no authenticity, no charm—just a factory churning out mediocre meals for unsuspecting tourists. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

8/10We recently visited Grande Nuti Trattoria and had a mixed experience. The ambience was nice, and the service was efficient. One highlight was that we got a good offer through The Fork, which helped us save money on the bill. However, the food itself was underwhelming. We ordered vegetarian pasta and risotto rice, but both lacked flavour particularly risotto rice. While they were manageable, they weren’t particularly memorable. Overall, the discount made it a reasonable deal, but the food could definitely use some improvement.

3/10We had a discount. The manager frowned upon us and gave our table to a walk-in with a dog. We were waiting for 15 minutes without any explanation nor apologies. The waiters were rude and dismissive, as if the customers should be honoured to be there. The food was way overpriced and we're definitely not returning. Avoid.

5.5/10Very disappointing experience. Seems like a tourist trap. The atmosphere is nice, but half the food was bland. Our medium steak was not even rare, looked like it was just seared on both sides. The suggestion for cash tips at the end brought the “tourist trap” feeling full circle.
