One of the best of Orvieto's many good restaurants. Outstanding desserts are a highlight and the service is very warm and friendly.

The atmosphere is something unforgettable. Food was wonderful too!

Fabulous food, generous service

The place & the right service So it miss then to visit the underground Etruscan cisterns, medieval dumpsters and volcanic stratifications where there is also a 250.000 years-old vegetal fossil.

The wild boar ragù was delicious, as was the Osso buco. Service was quick and friendly-and they spoke good English which was a plus. Afterwards, a self guided tour of the labyrinth was included and was a very unique experience.

Service was fantastic. Food was the best that we had in the Orbi though. The way it was very nice. Following the meal, we took a tour of the Crips below the restaurant which was a nice finish. Highly recommend this restaurant would go there again.

It was a very cozy, intimate setting with great service and delicious food. The staff were very attentive and helpful with suggesting various selections. Afterwards, we viewed the caves underneath the restaurant for an added bonus. It was all around a great evening and experience. We would definitely eat there again on our next visit to Orvieto!

The waitress and anyone else who passed by was helpful and cheerful. The food she recommended was so good we wanted to lick the plates when we were done. We had an excellent wine and delicious desserts. What a fantastic experience!

The food and service was excellent.

The food and service was excellent but the labyrinth below is a unique opportunity to explore thousands of years of history as well. A highlight of Umbria.

The staff working at the Labirinto by far made my experience. The man who served us tried to help me charge my phone and negotiate my French charger with the very old wall plugs. Alas, no success, but my meal was very pleasant. We ordered pasta and two glasses of house white wine as we weren't that hungry. I will say that my tagliatelle with truffle was a bit overpowering in smell and taste. Just too much for my palate, though I ate most of it. My boyfriend enjoyed his umbrichelli all'amatriciana and we mopped up our sauces with bread. We shared a tiramisu with two espresso as it is a travesty to have a latté past a certain time in Orvieto, apparently! They were very good: not bitter like espresso in Ireland. After, we wandered through the Labrinto and it surpassed my expectations. It is so well looked after and well ventilated and the treasures were humbling to see. This restaurant is a must for anyone curious about the Etruscans.

The poached egg with truffle was amazing and we were amazed by the e Etruscan caves underneath!

I had the rabbit without gluten. My husband had the wild boar stew. It was tasty. I suspect I had some gluten though. Not sure how as they understood I am celiac amd the menu explains without gluten. The waiter was genuine and so sweet. If celiac- I would skip the gluten free bread.

The labyrinth at the end of the meal, a total must

The food was fine, but not great. There seemed to be one waiter for the entire room and he was unable to provide prompt or calm service. No oil on the table, and if you ask, you’ll get a few drops on a plate. No side dishes. Terrible bread.

Antonio our waiter will be remembered forever ! First class service with a smile Food delicious and the Etruscan Labirinto beneath the restaurant made the evening even more memorable

we arrived past the lunch hour and they were gracious enough to seat us. The food and service were fantastic.

Amazing food, service and ambiance. Had the Tagliatelle with Truffle and the Wild boar stew, both were perfection. Anthony my server was the absolute best! I hope to be back some day!

The pasta dishes were outstanding! Loved the tour of the caves under the restaurant!

A lovely and delicious lunch. Roasted rabbit was particularly good as was the labyrinth starter that included many small tastes. The tour of the Etruscan ruins underneath was a stunning surprise. Very pleasant.

The ambience, location and quality of food were all wonderful. I agree with reviews that mention that the unique feature (underground grottos dating to Etruscan times) while stunning in itself, does not take away from the food, which was great, especially the uovo morbido al tartufo - so good!! Waitstaff was attentive and kind.

Food was really good, and highlight was the visit to the underground labyrinth. A must do!

The place is nice, and they should have told us about what was found underground when we arrived, and not at the very end, still it was interesting. On the web it said they had vegeterian options, but they did not have even one for main course. The only option for pasta was the tartufo, and it was OK, but not amazing. I had to add salt and pepper a few times, and when I asked to add some parmesan, he said no, no, no. I believe he could have said it doesn't need, but here it is, you decide. We really wanted a salad, and could not believe there was not even one, and the only thing I could choose was a plate with deep fried things, that was OK, but nothing special, and definitely not healthy. The portions were really small, and it was expensive. Not a place I would recommend
Il Labirinto di AdrianoThanks for your comment We usually explain about the underground at the end of the meal because it is big and needs time to see it. About the salad we are not a restaurant with salad dishes we prepare by hands all the food! About vegetarian we have gnocchi with pumpkin and our famous egg and truffle that could be a main course. I hope to see you again.

We had a wonderful waiter and he gave us some tasty samples to try. The highlight of the evening was the walk through the caves below! What an interesting experience. Good food and a very unique opportunity to explore Orvieto's past. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The qr scan for a menu is ridiculous.., and they said they had no vegetables… The pasta was really good

Great food, great service, very cool underground area to explore after the meal. Would definitely return!

Great food as well as great service. The tour at the end was also a fantastic way to end the dining experience.

This restaurant was very rigid. If it wasn’t on the menu, you weren’t getting it. Even the most basic of Italian food to start. They had no olive oil or balsamic vinegar for the bread. They had no basic insalata mista. They had no bread, olive oil or balsamic vinegar. If you didn’t follow their rules, they didn’t care.. However, my dinner was delicious and my visit of the Etruscan caverns was amazing. Overall, I do not feel they cared about us as American tourists.

Really cool! We were passing through and had a quick, delicious bowl of pasta.
