7/10A lovely restaurant with friendly staff and good service. However, the red wine, a Barbera d’Alba, was served far too hot, well above 20°C, when it should have been between 16–18°C. In a group of four, two of us ordered starters, which resulted in the starters being served at the same time as the main courses for the other two. I believe the waiter should have asked if we wanted all main courses served together. Apart from this, it’s a wonderful, elegant restaurant with a lovely atmosphere

Best food we’ve during our stay in Milan. Wonderful setting, atmosphere and service. And the price is similar to other osterias we visited, even though the quality of food is much higher. Would highly recommend!

5/10The atmosphere was nice but hostess was not very helpful or friendly. No toilet paper in washroom and once wine was served our server disappeared. Had to ask for the bill as we were waiting to leave. Food was okay.

10/10We went for lunch and sat at the bar because we didn’t have a reservation but the bartender made our experience personable by being attentive, informative and made great recommendations. We loved so much we made a reservation for the next evening. The atmosphere is traditional with an upscale feel. The food is excellent, the cheese plate is huge. They have one of the best stacked bar, highly recommended.

Great service from entrance to leaving. Very professional, highly trained, cheerful but unobtrusive staff. Short menu list but all food was delicious. Very pleasant experience and for every recommendation.

10/10From people, to presence, and plating, Il Marchese delivered. The lasagna was superb. Well seasoned, pasta treated with respect and with flavors that only top quality ingredients, treated correctly, could produce.

4.5/10Service was awful...waiter kept forgeting things we asked. So much that we gave up on wine and just had a water for drink. Also had to asked to different people for the bill. Food was not tasty. I ordered a pasta that was one of the worse I had in Italy. My husband order a fish and chips not tasty at all. Very disapointing for a regular Italian restaurant. Didn't understand why Michelin recommeded it.

The restaurant was empty, but they sat me at the most uncomfortable table. I had to literally get up from the table to talk to the waiter, who for some reason was always behind me. I had to wait 40 minutes for the bill! When I left, they didn't say goodbye. Disgusting, disgusting service, I really regret wasting my time on them. The worst restaurant in Italy

10/10A really delicious meal in a lovely restaurant. It doesn’t look anything special from outside but once in it was great. Lots of amazing food, delicious cocktails and the staff were happy to advise us on drinks from the area and foods to try. The best thing for me was the food , as there were dishes I had never tried before and that for me just makes a little bit more special. Very well priced too.

Pasta was not cooked on black squid ink. Veal with Tuna was not good felt like salty canned tuna No one came back to check on us when food was served we had to ask for refills on water and drinks. Multiple times. Could have been better considering it’s a Michelin restaurant.

The service was excellent, the ambience was quiet. The starter was tasty and delicious but the pasta (il primo piato) was very salty, both of the primi piati with pasta.
