Highly recommend! It was the best meal we had all week with the best service! People walking past missed a trick, would visit again and again!

The kids offered pizza and it came out bland and black on top. The seafood came out with well cooked shrimp and undercooked fish. The fish was left uneaten. The server then asked for a tip when giving the check. Would not recommend

This is the BEST RESTAURANT in ROME!!! We booked the first night as I'm gluten free, so wanted to have somewhere in the diary. Who would have thought that we would then eat there every night!? It was so FANTASTIC! From the moment we saw it, with its twinkly lights on the beautiful Via Vantaggio, we were in love with it. The table was ready & the waiter made us laugh by giving us each a menu but saying that for gluten free, we could have everything on the main menu. Then we met Niko, the manager who was just wonderful, such a kind & joyous gentleman. What a fabulous team at Il Melarancio. The food was INCREDIBLE. I had GF seafood pasta, my son had pizza & my husband had veal cottoletta milanese. The next night, I had sea bass which I then had every night as it was SOo good. My husband also loved the saltimboca. We even went for Sunday lunch too, Niko fitted us in, it was busy everywhere. Best to book. The tuna salad was super delicious. My son says the pizza is the best in Rome! 5*****

This is a place to go igår you need gluten free food. They have a lot of options for celiacs. Antipasti, primi, secondi and dolci. We let the waitor choose dishes and wine for us. The negative thing doing that ess that we did not have full control over the costs… Tje price for what we got was too high, in my opinion! Anyhow, we had a good time and a good meal.

Everything was perfect! Saute of mussels and clams, fried baby squid and bruschetta were a great start. Entrees of lasagna, carbonara and amatriciana were fabulous. The desserts of panna cotta, creme caramel and chocolate souffle were a spectacular end to a fabulous dinner. There are not enough superlatives to describe the phenomenal meal we had.

The best gluten free food ever! GF pasta and bread that is unparalleled and great regular flour options too! Friendly and helpful staff. Just plain good.

Service was lovely and the food ok. Menu quite limited and my lasagna was quite hard on the bottom. Howeve, the waiter was very sweet and the friscata white wine was delicious so we had a great evening
