10/10This was my first visit to Torino and I was eager to try the classic Piemontese cuisine. This was a day trip from Milan so I visited Il Melograno for lunch. I enjoyed a tasty vitello tonnato. Then I tried the pasta, which was traditional agnolotti with black truffles and the cheese raschera. I knew truffles were typical of Piemonte, but I never heard of raschera. It's another specialty of Piemonte. I enjoyed the food and the hospitality and was glad to have visited this restaurant.

9.5/10Fantastic introduction to the food of Piedmont- the menu was explained in detail and the food was all excellent. Service was exceptional. Excellent wines and in all a lovely evening in a very good and welcoming restaurant.

3.5/10A fast food quality for a premium price but even worse the service. The lady is pretty aggressive with no clue on customer centricity you are a bugger that hopefully leaves asap. Food is ALL already cooked a real shame for the tradition and history oh piemontese cucine. Total disaster.

10/10A must not missed place! A wonderful, as I percieve it, family owned restarurant. Kind and warm service that presents the meny written in italian for you in english. Great food, nice ambience. Hope to be back soon. Nice italian local crowd.

9.5/10This restaurant is centrally located directly across from Il Mole. It’s lovely and small inside. Since we are Americans and vegetarians, the waitress took the time to explain everything we could eat on the menu to us in English! We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts and we ate every bite of everything. The food is incredible. This was one of the best meals I’ve had in Italy. I cannot recommend Il Melograno enough!

10/10Lovely place. The pastas were delicious, but the service was the stand out. We speak very little Italian, and the owner was kind enough to explain the entire menu in English for us. Wonderful experience for our first time in Turin. Highly recommend.

10/10We didn’t know that place from before but where positively blown away by that evening. We enjoyed the outstanding hospitality, the authenticity the couple reflected and then the culinary experience we where given over 4-courses accompanied by a perfect Barbaresco. Being at the Il Melograno means getting a package of friendliness, perfect italian cusine and tranquility. Thnx guys for that evening we highly enjoyed and still talk about with our friends.

10/10Great discovery in the center of Turin. We had a taste of their specialty dishes and none of them disappointed, good starters, all in the Piedmontese tradition, and a very well done pork. Dessert was also delicate and balanced. All this was well paired with a bottle of red wine from the Langhe area. All the choices were carefully explained by the owner, that has crafted a very thoughtful menu that successfully mixes flavors from Piemonte and Veneto. Definitely would recommend!

9.5/10Wonderful meal with great food and service. The antipasti were so good we ordered extra. Primi and seconding plates also excellent. Best of all was the friendly service from our waiter who patiently helped us translate the menu even though his English wasn’t perfect and our Italian pretty bad! Lovely casual atmosphere but top quality food.
