We loved the frescos and arched ceilings, the historic signature book at the front is quite noteworthy. The food was terrific and the wine list offers something for everyone. I’d I lived in this city it would become one of my primary establishments.

6/10Charming waiter but too many mistakes. Ribollita was bland and grilled vegetables were just okay. My husband loved the osso buco which he’d had there before. I should have chosen differently.

Food is delicious. Just be careful if your from the USA & ask for medium for your steak, you will get RARE. I had to send it back. My waitress was rude about sending it back and gave so much attitude from the minute we got there. Truffle pasta 10/10

Il Paoli was just fantastic and I can’t recommend highly enough, the food was next level, the staff were friendly and attentive and although not the cheapest you absolutely pay for what you get and could not fault any of the food we had.

The food was awesome. Steak Florentine was better than I could ever imagine. However the service wasn’t that good. The waiter split the red whine on my beige Burberry trench and The Fork discount wasn’t even mentioned.

8/10This was our 4th time back and it felt too commercial. Our food was just ok despite the good service. I thought asking if I wanted to leave a tip was in poor taste. We were not in the US. You are the only restaurant in Italy that ever asked that. It still is the most beautiful restaurant but our least favorite meal during our stay in Florence.

5/10The waitresses were kind, the waiter no. The fillets were nice but the salad overpriced for a Tony quantity of rucolla with 3 cherry tomatoes. The burrata mediocre. The pasta was supposed to be tomato sauce and ricotta, but you couldn’t taste the ricotta, it was like tomato sauce out of the can. Bad . The deserts mediocre once again.

Almost all the staff in the store were kind, delicate and checked, but the male server taking orders for only one was rude. I tried to yawn as I took the order and take the menu without giving enough time to look at the menu. Everything was satisfying except that.

Korean staff bad Korean employees have a bad attitude. Working attitude is a problem, but the ability to work does not show much strength. Please look back on yourself. What you are taking is not Italian, but seems rude and arrogant.

2/101000% a tourist trap. The inside of the restaurant is very pretty, the food was nothing great, and the vibe was pretty bad. Literally every table was filled with very obvious tourists and not a single Italian or even a single other European. The bread was stale & old, the pasta that was labeled "handmade" was chewy & not in an al dente way, and everything was overpriced especially the wine. Def not worth the money.
