7.5/10My friend loved her seafood pasta but I thought the gnocchi was just okay. Service was so slow too. Overall good vibe I would go back.

Excellent food and service. The ambiance and atomsphere of the restaurant is also fantastic. They have outside seating which would be lovely once the temperature goes up. I highly reccomend.

9/10The service was excellent, a friendly, smiling waiter made this a dinner to remember. Good food too, the seared tuna was perfectly cooked. Gnocchi and melanzane parmigiana were very tasty. Tiramisu a bit sloppy, we prefer a better defined biscuit base and coffee flavour.

Awesome restaurant. Every course was amazing. We sat for about 20 minutes before having our drink orders taken, but ive noticed that service is a tad slower in Italy in general. No issue! Had the clam pasta. Best meal ive ever had. Try the apple pie too!

On our second night in San Margherita Ligure, we wanted to try another local fare restaurant and we happened to walk past this place the night before. From the outside the place had a good ambience and a reasonable crowd and so the food must be good. Reviews were consistent. Service was fast. Sommelier recommended a nice white. Overall we liked the food. The portions looked a bit smaller compared to pictures from other reviews eg anchovies were smaller and few in the salad and the grilled tuna seemed smaller in size and number. Having said that, we are small eaters and we enjoyed the quality of food and ambience.

8/10Very nice place in Santa margherita with cosy terrace and awesome patio. Inside is also beautiful for diner if too cold outside. Very nice food with a large wine selection. Pizza are also very good

5.5/10We made a reservation through the Fork and received email confirmation, but when we got to the restaurant we were told that they don’t accept reservations online. We were still seated. We waited 30 minutes to see a menu. It took repeated asks to order and waiting another 20 minutes before someone took our order. We watched several other tables around us be seated, get food, eat and finish while we sat with table bread. It took an hour and a half from first being seated to get our wine, then another 30 minutes after that before we got our food. We’ve had long leisurely dinners in Italy and have no problem waiting, however the hostility and rudeness of the staff and unhappiness with our presence made for a incredibly bad experience. We wanted to order more bottles of wine and food but it didn’t seem possible. This storyline follows many similar stories on Google reviews as well. There was an incorrect meal brought that was corrected, long waits, rude staff, and general hostility to the customer. Would definitely NOT recommend coming here it truly ruined what would’ve been an otherwise lovely evening.

9.5/10Everything here was great. Had a glass of the local white wine—light and crisp and perfect. The trofie pesto pasta was so good that my kids who don’t even like this sort of thing absolutely loved it. I also had the mixed seafood skewer and the shrimp and calamari were the best I’ve had in my life.
