A fabulous evening with inventive and very tasty cuisine. The service was impeccable and friendly. I admire the thought and creativity that went into the tasting menu and getting it all just right Very memorable and special

Playful with expert understanding and use of flavours. This was definitely one of the better one star Michelin food experiences. Stunning location. In the end just a couple of moments short of perfect all around.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant overall. The setting is unbeatable; the service was very professional, friendly, and immediately available without hovering. The food was creative and very tasty. I have to apologize to the chef that we pre-ordered the largest tasting menu but changed our minds to order only 2 courses when we go there, simply due to the fact that we ate a late tasting menu for lunch and simply were not hungry enough for another one. But, we look forward to returning for the large tasting menu!

This restaurant was fantastic. The wine menu was a bit hard to read, but the sommelier gave great recommendations. The chef enjoys creating art and humor with his food and makes the experience just that much more memorable. The beef tartare and pigeon were the highlights of the meal, with an excellent assortment of amuse-bouche to start and similar selection of desserts.

Not much option on the menu. Main course not good. Nice appetisers and deserts. Great service. Very bad price to value.

Lovely ambience at the courtyard with a creative menu that had some hit and miss dishes. We had higher expectations from the service of a Michelin star restaurant as dietary requirements were missed and sommelier was rather agressive with wine recommendations.

As this was the only one star Michelin rated restaurant in the area we had high expectations. The restaurant is set in an old convent, turned into a luxury hotel. As expected the service and advise from the staff and sommelière are excellent, if a bit stiff. They have two different menus plus a blind menu with 10 surprise dishes at 160€. The wine accompaniment is 130€ per person. There is a lot of creativity in how the Chef creates his dishes. However, none were in the category of amazing, wow or excellent. The dishes look nice and tasted OK. But that’s about it. They also hurry you along a bit. You are still with one wine and they alredy pour the wine for the next dish that arrives within a minute. Wine accompaniment was a bad choice considering you pay so much money for just five small glasses of wine, plus a grappa. That comes out at 20+ € per glass. The wines served should be super Tuscan category, but the wines were way below that. I had checked one wine, the Sauvignon Blanc from Graf in Meran. Retail price is just 16€ per bottle. Just imagine what kind of wine you can buy today at €260 in a restaurant.

A little bit better than 1 Michelin star! The main dish (fish) was superb (3Star), all other dishes 1 Star. The sommelier very good. His recommendation, a local white wine (one of the cheapest in the wine list) matches perfectly the fish.

What a magical experience! The food, the ambience (in the 1000 year old courtyard as the sun was setting), the service, everything was impeccable. This was our 3rd Michelin restaurant during this trip, and undoubtably our best (including a 3 star). If you come to stay at the resort, definitely splurge on this restaurant. If not staying here, definitely make the trip, it's worth it!

Having 2 dinners in a row we were delighted. It was excellent food with great service - Francesco provided us perfect experience - thank you! Be careful with ordering desserts - they bring you complimentary pre-dessert plus another complimentary amazing dessert tower which you cannot neglect!
