6.5/10The food was very good and all the party enjoyed their choices. Because there was a small private party in the garden area our table was inside the restaurant which was dark and very warm and chairs were uncomfortable. The waiters who served our food were very courteous but we found the head waiter to took our order was not so warm and welcoming, in fact 2 of our guests found him to be rather rude. Disappointing for our guests as they had travelled from Florence and Siena to join us for lunch.

10/10Il Pinzale is a wonderful restaurant. Great food, lovely atmosphere, welcoming staff. We have been to the area several times, but only found this gem last year. Since then we have visited several times and will continue to do so.

10/10Beautiful place just outside Bolsena (2,4km). Big garden with parking available. Nicely laid tables outside, in the open terrace and inside. Friendly staff. Menue only with QR code, what I hate! We choosed only of the fish menue, starters, primo and maincourse. Each dish das excellent in quality and presentation. Then we only saw they have also pizza (anyway we were not there for that): they are exactly to my taste: thin, crispy and huge. Next time I will try one ????, the open frizzante wine was very good and the homemade semifreddo was a dream. I am happy I discovered this restaurant after many years of living at the Bolsena Lake thanks to The Fork. Highly recommended!

10/10We really enjoy going to the Pinzale restaurant. We've been dining there for 10+ years...our favorite restaurant in the area. The ambiance is elegant, yet relaxed. The wait staff are courteous, friendly..like family. When the season allows, the outside areas are lush, gorgeous greenhouses, overflowing with flowers and nature. Food? Out of this world. Do yourself a huge favor and dine at Il Pinzale Restaurant! It rocks!

10/10The pizza was excellent. Very thin crispy base and lots of topping. The terrace is beautiful and the staff attentive. A very good experience all round.

10/10Having eaten at Il Pinzale some years ago when we felt that the service was incredibly slow and a little off hand, we returned tonight to a very different experience. Great food and excellent attention from the staff. We holiday in Bolsena now for 20+ years and have heard same comments about Il Pinzale. So we returned. To be recommended. - highly.
