Take the Ampezzano specialties. Personal very open, present attentive. It sas during the Olympics so the ambiance was extremely friendly and festive, tables speaking to each other. Abbiamo passato un ottimo momento!

I had to make a reservation for 16 people during the peak season of the Olympic Games on a Monday evening. The ‘salle’ manager was very helpful and everything was carried out smoothly. We had a separate dining-room only for us. The food and the service were very good, everybody was happy and the bill absolutely correct. I add that I tried to reserve in several places in Cortina and nobody could accept any reservation. Il Posticino was the only restaurant to show any customer care also in this very special moment of the Winter Olympics.

Delicious food, the gluten free pasta was amazing, and they had many GF choices too. Attentive service.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was very good. The ravioli was yummy but very small compared to the other pastas served. Carpaccio was fabulous. As was the tagliatelle with game sauce, and vanilla pudding.

Excellent customer service! The food was okay but a few of the dishes weren’t very flavorful.

Fantastic service, very friendly and warm. Staff made the evening really fun. Food was very good. Traditional but relaxed atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend.

Not for fun. We made a 7 pm reservation and were told upon arrival the restaurant did not open until 7:30. We drank at the bar until 7:30. When I went to tell the receptionist we needed 10 more minutes to finish our drinks, I was told our table was not available. Given the empty restaurant, we arrived at a table. Very pretentious wait staff. Extremely unfriendly staff. We didn’t feel like we could have a conversation.

We were so pleased to find this authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Cortina D’Ambrezzo on a Saturday night. Atmosphere is A+ as it looks out onto the high peaks, especially if you sit by the window or on the outdoor patio. The service was also incredible as the servers were right there to attend to any of our needs. And the food was very good and incredibly fresh.
