7/10Our two pizzas were "fine" but nothing special. The pepperoni and tomato had a very thin and soft crust and the meat lacked flavor. The ham and mushroom had more ingredients, a similar thin-soft crust, and was also lacking pizza character. The biggest issue was my Caiparinia cocktail. It is a simple drink of lime, liquor and sugar, but the first drink seemed to have missed the sugar. The replacement drink did have sugar but the lime's bitterness still prevailed, a sure sign of still too little sugar. This is a bar that doesn't follow published recipes that assure success.
