What a perfect visit to Il Salotto Milan! From the impeccable and warm service to the delicious food and wine, every detail of our visit was wonderful. Thank you to the staff of this gorgeous restaurant for making our visit so very special.

I would never have thought of dining in the Gallaria thinking it would be cost prohibitive but to our surprise we fell upon this restaurant. We could not fault the food, service or the ambiance. Very pleasantly surprised. We ate one plate of mortadella and chesse,enough for two people, spaghetti vongoli, very very good and I had tagliatelle with truffle, again superb. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Only wish we were here long enough to return.

Excellent service in the center of Milano . We had all the traditional dishes in our first night y Milano . It was a family dinner and they served us like we were the pope. Our kids had Cottoleta Milanese and meet , we had ossobuco with risotto milanese. Great food.. in all the restaurants you pay a service and in this one they served Italian grisini and some bread , so it was ok for what they charged. The desert was pretty good. Thanks

The entire dining experience was impressive Our waiter was pleasant and helpful We were able to take our time and did not feel rushed The restaurant is situated in the domed area which is stunning Our dishes were prepared very well and delicious I quite enjoyed the Moscato d’asti wine

The food was excellent and was the service. The risotto with truffle was amazing, highly recommend to anyone who likes truffles.

The waiters were happy, knowledgeable and engaged. We had a fabulous meal inside with air conditioning and had great wine recommended by the waiter. Excellent would go back this is a cute gem, a little old fashioned but worth it.

The service was very good but the food was very disappointing. First I ordered the Osso Bucca . The meat of the was tough, fatty and not cooked very well. In our experience this is a slow cooked dish over 4 plus hours and the meat usually just fall off the bone. This was absolutely not what I experienced. I would never recommend this dish in this restaurant. The second dish was the pasta with Lobster. The meat of the lobster was overcooked and not very succulent at all. This expensive dish could have been a lot more appetising. Overall the meal gets a 2/10 from us.

Very dirty toilet. Not a very friendly director. And in the end they didn’t give a 20 percent discount, only 10 percent, without explanation.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The location was awesome. The food was average for the price.

Wonderful ambiance and delicious food! We were a family of 14 celebrating a birthday. We sat in the garden under a canopy of trees and white lights and it was just beautiful! The food was superb as was the service. I highly recommend whether a romantic dinner for two or a large family celebration!

The service was excessively brisk and unfriendly. Plates were whisked away while my partner was still eating; staff talked over our heads. The experience was not pleasant.

The food was good, especially the gnocchi and the Milanese veal. I had to ask for the A/C to be opened and it took time to start working, so we felt too hot inside. The waiters looked tired, busy and seemed to be in a bad mood. The restaurant was packed with tourists, it is in a great central location close to the Duomo.

Their food was great, it was simple but good, The service was quite slow, i dont know if it is only with us because we are Filipinos, or because they dont understand us, they didn't even served us complimentary bread. Though our waiter served us well, and made sure that we had our food to our liking, he was somehow friendly too, they forgot to ask us if we wanted our dessert to be served. I dont have anything bad to say i just think that they can i prove their service even if the customer doesnt speak fluent italian to show that they aren't being racist.

The place and the staff are really great, I thank I'll come back once in a while, as it's a magic location and the food is of a high level. Not too expensive and fair food amount.

The location is excellent. The food is good. But the service is slow and we had to wait a lot for them to being the check. We had reserved with a 20% discount and they did not give it to us because my grandparents did not eat a plate each. They were not very happy either about me paying with Fork Pay, but at the end I was able to do it.
