The service is top notch! Every dish was cooked, plated and served with care. We don't speak much Italian so it was a pleasure the staff were so fluent in English. We loved the seafood forward menu and the different tasting menu options, as well as the different wine pairings. I would recommend this dining experience to anyone looking for an elevated evening of fine cuisine. It's clear why they've earned their Michelin star!

At first we met a waiter who approached us to let us know of the dining area but his attitude was rather bland. The chef was very friendly and allowed us to choose some dishes for my mother. The food was good but not the best. I had tasted many Michelin-started restaurants with much more excellent dishes for a 1 star. This time no dish that I think gave me a memorable experience. In addition, staff was somewhat pretentiously friendly despite us being the only table of 3. In addition, the Italian accent was a roadblock for the staff to explain dishes in English.

A beautiful spot, great service. But the menu is all shrimp, all the time. I like top quality, but a little more diversification. The a la carte was a bit more shrimp specific. Not to be done twice.

Dear Sir, you have booked a 7-course menu online. The courses are well described on our online website. When you booked you specified no allergies or intolerances. I went out to your table for the initial greetings, and I asked again if there were any allergies or intolerances, and you replied none. As you left the first appetizer, when your menu was being booked, you remembered that you were allergic to crustaceans and shellfish. Incredible. So, so as not to disappoint you, I have allowed you to order à la carte without additional costs. I couldn't do more than this. As soon as you left the restaurant you even found time and energy for a complaint review. Incredibile. I suggest you to see the menu before booking in a restaurant, and for sure i suggest you to declare allergies or intollerances in advance.

We tried 6 Michelin restaurants on this trip. This was the best across the board. Excellent food, service, and the space itself is lovely. Service was a challenge in many Michelin restaurants in Italy, but not here.

The service was fantastic but the food was awful. Couldn’t stomach half of the tasting menu. The pre-dessert course tasted like puke, but I can appreciate that it was done well, just not my taste at all.

Seafood restaurant with a Michelin star. Located close to the Fiumicino Marina. Simple setting, but the food presentation on your plate is all the more spectacular! Still I felt that the dishes were a bit "overthought" - you may have experienced this situation when they explain in detail which elements have gone into it and in the end you feel it mostly is just a very decent cuttlefish/shrimp/mussel etc. I dont want to criticize a lot - the Michelin star is merited but the restaurant is rather at the low end of the one star category.
