4/10Negative Feedback for Il Violino Restaurant My wife and I visited Il Violino this evening, and while the service was good, the food—arguably the most important aspect of any dining experience—was disappointing and poorly executed. The beef tartare, prepared tableside, was a letdown. It lacked any distinctive or bright flavors, and the texture was unpleasant, with large, chewy fibers and veins that were difficult to eat. To top it off, I was informed that the main course would not include one of the three types of fish as advertised. Instead, they served two pieces of the same fish. Unfortunately, the fish served was literally rotten and seemed to be masked with liquid smoke to cover up the off-putting taste. i'm very disappointed about this Feed. You can have plates that are not your taste but write this Bad Bad words is not correct...Rotten fish,please....!!! i don't want to know how many works under every single plates we made...And you can have your opinion...But write thing like this is offensive....!!! 10/10Everything from the service to the food to the interior design was beautiful here. I came with my parents and it was a highlight of our trip. We adored the pasta and the desserts were icing on the cake. Would recommend to anyone!

9/10+3This restaurant is lovely! The tasting menu was beautiful and tasty. The service was prompt and courteous. I do wish they provided a sumptuous description of each course, with ingredients, even if only in Italian. And I wish the staff would wait clearing the plates until all the people in the party have finished the course.

6/10We had the seven course menu, one of which was an overly large and very dull rissotto which we sent back. This apparently caused a spat between the Maitre'd and the chef, resulting in a half-hour delay for an obviously pre-prepared dessert. Not impressed.

10/10Lovely place near the central town square offering also outdoor seating. Nice menu and extensive wine list with lost to choose from. Dishes are absolutely gorgeous and top class. Service was very friendly.
